Kamen Rider: Dragon Knight - The Official Thread

CW4Kids aired three promos for new shows which are premiering next month without no hype at all. So it wouldn't be hard to air a KRDK promo next week it would just be stupid to air it without any hype but nothing surprises me anymore.

Kamen Rider Dragon Knight most likely will air this fall.

40 episodes.
Licensed by 4Kids, will airs on CW4Kids.

Oh wow. Look there will be edits. If its from 4 kids there wont be anything excessive. We have to grow up sometime and deal with that. We'll always have the hope for uncut dvds and our original Japanese versions. There's nothing wrong with the American version having a little edit so that it can be aired to the american audience.

I dont care what has to be edited, I just want Kamen Rider to be properly represented in the US. And it doesnt have to be violent in order to do that.

I will support Dragon Knight no matter what happens. Because we need this. This is an open door for more Toku adaptions in America.

True, it doesn't have to be violent, but let's face it...one of the main reason we watch Kamen Rider is for the action/fight scenes. Edit too much out, and it's obviously taking away from one of the reasons why we watch to begin with. Now, I have faith that Steve Wang kept it as close to the source material as possible for an "American" audience, but what CW decides to keep in is a different matter.

Personally, I'm not worried too much about it. Going by the newest trailer alone, it looks like it's going to have loads of action (unless they decided to just throw shots in there that were not going to be used in the series just for the sake of making a "really cool" trailer.) There really wasn't too much in Ryuuki that would be cause for leaving out to begin with, even if people consider it to be one of the most violent KR shows out there (which I believe is said due to the quantity of fights, not necessarily the content in them.)

I AGREE WITH YOU. For more tokusatsus in AMERICA. And man! If next month, then it'll be good, considering that the long wait is over but I will be quite in trouble finding focus in my studies though, If next year, that will be good (provided that I don't get KOed in my academics here in CEBU), for most likely, I might watch this if I might henshin from 3rd Year MLS Student into an MLS Intern until I become a full fledged MLS (MEDICAL LABORATORY SCIENTIST formerly MED TECH).

Anyway, let's go back with the topic.
If that AIRS at 2009's NIGATSU then probably, it will air here in the PHILs at July or August or at September or ANY month that falls in the 2nd half of the year, and it might air at CNP or at Crime Suspense [(formerly called Solar USA) mmm... GOOD!].
