I agree. Considering that the writers fucked up on the original story, and that Hiro Mizushima (Tendou) had won the writers' competition just to redeem himself, I don't see how Adness would have a problem trying to match the personality of Kabuto's US counterpart.

There are many parts in Kabuto that really switch opponents that can be used. In the adaptations, there is no need to keep the story close to the original. It's just about making something solid that will use as much possible previous footage. Even a story that shows people it is going somewhere from the beginning between fights is better than nothing. Adness really doesn't have as much of a problem here as long as it gets a good amount of footage and that's easy enough with Kabuto.

Double would be more difficult since most of the series is based on the interactions between the characters. They would get less footage to use and they would need to then make a story that can use most of what they have left.

Maybe, but they would have pay some referrences to the Sherlock Holmes franchise if they did adapt Double.

It would be difficult and if it does become a possibility, it probably will have more references to Doyle than Chandler just because more people know Holmes exists.

And even to Kamen Rider itself. Heck, they can even make Eternal a good guy.

I doubt there's any footage that can be used to make Eternal a good guy. If there is any, there is few and there is not enough to make it happen well. The most would be giving Eternal a few minutes but that only is if he fights Dopants and if he leaves soon.

Actually, Titanium Ranger is an original-made ranger for Lightspeed Rescue. It worked very well. So why not on Eternal.

Eternal used movie resources. Eternal essentially would need to be recreated. There's not much of a point for that.
