LIES. Dumb comedy is dumb. Maybe a lot of people love it, but I don't.
Drama + comedy do not work unless you have a very, very talented group of writers and actors and directors and everyone else. I'm not saying the cast and crew of KRDK couldn't have pulled it off - but saying throwing in comedy is the cure all just bothers me. It doesn't always work.
(Of course, I like overly dramatic stuff... and Dragon Knight got pretty... over the top dramatic at times. I probably wouldn't have watched as much as I did if it took a more comedic route. Then again, I'm not the target audience - so...)
It truly is a coin toss, isn't it?I can't decide if this is more funny or more sad.
At least Aunt Grace went away, too bad Lacey and Trent didn't take the hint...
so you don't like family guy and shows like that? south park?
by drama I don't mean "omg cry. omg dad is dead"
I mean...a really good story that fits together, and comedy to keep the audience happy.
I think Faiz is doing a good job, is not dramatic, its serious. and has its comic moments
I think comedy would have helped
like in Den-O, or Kiva, or Decade. or Faiz
is nothing wrong with having drama/seriousness
but I don't think a show with just that will last
I'm not going to say I'm glad this happened, it sucks that it didn't perform better, but gawd the finale was terrible.
