But it said in the video that the production crew is made up of a script writers, agents, a director, and a producer. I don't know what an agent is but maybe that guy works for bandai....and if he was played by Kintaros that means....0_0 Bandai is run by sumo wrestlers!
They're probably talking about the production team on-set. But not the pre-production stages. They're alot more things that go into producing a show than script writers, producers, directors and whatnot.

First the producers come up with the concept for the show. Then the designers start drawing up the suit, props, etc. for the producer to approve. Next the writers write the stories for the show.

At the same time, the casting for the characters start. As well as Bandai starts making the toys based on whatever designs the producers approve of.

In short the whole thing is one huge business to them. They can't think like fans, because if they do they won't be able expand on creative ideas. Thus the franchise itself would die out.

QFT.

As much as we bitch and complain about shows, we don't know a single thing that goes into making a toku show.

Doubtful. I doubt TV Producers have the time or the attention span to look at fans bicker at a foreign children's tv show on the internet.

Even if producers have their preferences or agree with what the fans think, they know that business must come first. Especially when they are dealing with executives.

A producer would probably also be unlikely to complain about producer interference the way that a fan does.

Because, as a producer, he/she would have first-hand knowledge about why it happens.

(He/she might complain about producers making decisions that reflected poorly on his/her craft, but the complaints would still likely be different from general fan complaints.)

What if there a fan? You shouldn't judge people Smilodon. That's not cool man.
Well of course they're fans. They wouldn't be doing this otherwise. Or they're just company men, and just doing their jobs. But why would a producer of KR live in the states?
