It's no plohole. As I mentioned in another thread, the chances that someone like Ryu who could resist Terror & Old's attacks are very rare but not impossible. It's just that Shroud lucked out when she chose him.

But why is she on a bed? It's such a plot hole that makes no sense for the writers to not explain that in detail how she changed into those clothes and laid down.
