Just so you know, those pictures are from the 徹底解剖SP which aired 6:30 on TV Asahi. I don't think many western fans watched it since I didn't see anyone talk about it. I can't find a download for it. You get the to see the last second of OOO's transforming scene. If I didn't hear wrong OOO's transforming sound was similar to when they put the Gaia Memory in. You get to hear more of W and Genki Sudo is kind of humping chairs...

I saw it because that aired around 4:30pm CST, around the time Super Sentai VS Series Theater airs. I was expecting the 2nd part of the GoGoV Movie (don't ask me why it was the GoGoV movie and not GoGoV vs Gingaman), but I got this.

I think Skull is just a hallucination; giving Shotaro some much-needed support and words to live by.

He seemingly gives Shotaro his lost driver to fight as Joker. We then see Eternal fighting Joker both using lost drivers. The only explanation I can think of is.
