Kamen Rider Double Rumor/Picture Thread

I read the rumors. And I thought of something in my mind about it.

Phillip is forced to work with the new detective by his mother, the Shroud.

When Shotaro tries to find a way to get Phillip back, does he decide to force himself into becoming a Dopant? With the Joker memory?

Bear with on me this since it is a little abstract but I think a 3rd Rider is not out of the question. In my reasoning I see the Shotaro half as a send-up to Kuuga with his half's focus on weapons similar to Kuuga's various form changes, plus I see Joker Memory as basically Mighty form especially Amazing Mighty. As for Philip's half in my eyes it is referencing Agito with it's more elemental bent. Then there is Accel which has rather obvious referencing to G3. Then there are the characters themselves. Shotaro is a citizen helping out the police with monsters that have connections to his powers. Philip is man trying to remember his that has something to do with the monsters. Ryu is a cop with an identity inspired by the other two. So if they are going for that angle a Gills analogue should be out in the wings somewhere. But in all likelihood this probably just me seeing connections where there are none.

This makes a lot of sense, actually.

Joker isn't a Dopant Memory but I suppose Weather could "modify" it for Shotaro? Or that Shotaro might be forced to use a real Dopant Memory?

I have a hard time seeing the W plot go in that direction. We've had multiple "Shotaro proves he's not a crap dude" storylines already, it would be a bit too repetitive for that to also be the angle for bringing in an evil third Rider.

It's kind of like the "Philip is going to die halfway through the show!" rumor going around a few months ago. It just smells like the kind of thing a Japanese fan makes up, not what a writer with any grasp of narrative structure thinks is a good idea.

Plus, such rumors would go against what's established so far in the show - heck the plot likes hammering the "the two of us are a single Rider" shtick into our heads.

I for one would love to see double's and accel's memories corrupted and used against them or by them as dopant.

That or a purified nazca memory that can change someone into kamen rider nazca, like the nazca dopant only a bit tidier and more streamlined. =]

Doubt it'll ever happen though.

As you can see in the earlier episodes of Kamen Rider W, W's memories can't be used without the driver.
