Accel Memory. I like that design more of similar to Axel in Rockman X 8. I'm looking foward of third Rider.

The visor flipping up would just complete the motorcycle motif.

For that fan conception art I would make the eyes a bit bigger. Basically Double's helmet without the "V" attachment on it.

Notice that all three double riders(Skull,Double and Accel) all share a common design look

Skull is a precursor to Double and in the rumors Accel is related to Phillip.
