What's up with people thinking Kamen Rider Axel F looks like Zubat? :eyebrow: I don't think he looks anything like Zubat. He's red...that's about it.

Well he has the more circular helmet and almost solid visor going on, so I can kinda sorta see it, though I guess a full body picture would be easier to judge with.

The helmet design is what stands out to me. Accel's A and Zubat's Z not to mention the visor.

Shougo seriously, is it really that hard to buy that this show would do a Zubat homage? At least in the visual design if nothing else?

No, but I think in this case, it's people looking for something that isn't there. It's a bit reminiscent of what happened during Boukenger's run.

Hey, a nod to Zubat would be great -- I'm a big fan of that show, and Hayakawa was a private eye, so it would make sense, but...that thing looks more like a rejected Winspector than it does Zubat.

It does kinda look like Zubat and I think it's highly possible they were going for that design since both W and Skull are based on other Ishinomori's creations.

But I agree with Shougo on this one. On first glance it looked more like something from Winspector.

Not really diggin' Accel's helmet. I'll wait for a full live pic to judge.

One thing that pisses me off is the fact that first the trigger magnum is reused as the skull magnum AND now they've recolored the beetle phone and reused it for Accel. Why not just give him a Kabuto beetle phone?.

I don't really see what the problem is with that,
but then again I'm a Transformers fan. I'm use to this sort of thing.

To me it looks like they just picked a motorcycle helmet at a surplus store, then modded it. :laugh:

I just hope Kamen Rider Accel's whole appearance looks good.

The vibe I got was definatley something outta Winspector mixed with Dekaranger's DekaBikeRobo lol.
