I believe I found a site where you could watch the making of, but you need a Japanese IP. I did find an anonymous Japanese proxy. However, as soon as I refreshed I saw this.
Damn system maintenance, this is all Decade's fault!

Got the proxy working, but it says you need 15 web medal. Which you have to pay for. Tried so hard and wasted my time, just to see that I have to pay money. Not expensive though, 20 web medals costs 210 yen. Though, I don't live in Japan etc.
