Kamen Riders, heroes who have fought to keep humanity safe from a myriad of vicious foes who who seek to harm them. For many years they have fought, since the first who was simply known as Kamen Rider all the way to the newest known as Kamen Rider Kiva. Throughout the years the riders have continued to change and become more varied, one thing tends to remain consistent, and that is the fact that they are protectors of mankind. The only problem, they dont exist. They are purely fictional people whose lives ultimately never happened whose stories are nothing more than just stories for the purpose of entertainment and toy sales.......

....At least thats what we have been led to believe. Earth-Prime, the dimensional core which all other realities branch from, effectively the origin of all other parallel universes. More importantly though, it is our world where things like Kaijin and Kamen Riders ar television shows. In truth the many Kamen Rider series are actually a long running series of recreated historical documents which tell the stories of worlds where Kamen Riders are indeed real The source behind these documents was a large interdimensional management group known as Dimension Tide which was in charge of monitoring other universes and keeping them from crossing. Their most important duty being the protection of the prime reality as the destruction of which would trigger a domino effect that would result in the destructions of all other realities which sprang from it.

In years past only parallel worlds have manifested Kaijin, while Earth-Prime has been totally kaijin free for reasons unknown, but recently another mysterious dimensional group known as the Anti-Universe has begun taking kaijin from other realities and placing them into the Prime universe in order to wreak havoc. In addition they open dimensional holes which can link two different universes together, something that can have a catastrophic effects. With the Prime universe in danger Dimension Tide has seen fit to give the Prime universe riders of it's own. By taking those who they feel are worthy of the title of Kamen Rider they have prepared special suits, gear, and even a system which will give them the abilities of past riders. Now these new heroes must step up and uphold the honor that comes with the name Kamen Rider.

Equipment:

Dimension Belt: The henshin belt developed by Dimension Tide, by inserting a card known as the Dimension Card it uses special reality distorting technology to coat it's user in a special armor. It also utilizes cards for use with the Rider Development System (See below)

Dimension Terminal: A Side-arm developed by Dimension Tide with three different congiurations. It's base mode is a small handheld computer which can be used to communicate with Dimension Tide and the other riders. It also posseses a gun mode and sword mode.

Rider Development System (R.D.S.):
After years of observing, Dimension Tide has seen that the path to becoming a competent hero can be long and difficult. Because of this they have developed a system to give the riders a little help through some indirect assistance from their predecessors. Through the use of cards which contain data from older riders. By inserting the card into the belt when henshined they temporarily gain the abilities of the rider on the card, and occasionally the temperment of those riders. After 10 uses the cards become unusable, but upon becoming unusable the rider then permanently gains the skills stored within the card's data. As of now no conclusive data has been presented regarding permanent personality alterations. When assembling the riders Dimension Tide prepared sets of cards based on their preferences. When riders use a card they should consider what they want to specialize in and stick to cards of that type. Example: A rider that wants good sword skills should use cards based on sword based riders. In a sense riders can be customized to an extent. When riders pursue certain specialties they are sometimes granted new weapons by DT.

Note: Characters cannot have the following cards in their arsenal: Ouja, Gaoh, Dark Kiva, Odin, Another Agito, Saga, Yu-Ki, Den-O Liner Form, Orga, Psyga, Dark Kabuto, Kabuki, Arc.

Another Note: Riders like Kuuga, Agito, Den-O and Kiva have cards for each other there base forms. (Ex: Sword form, gun form, dogga form etc.. Not Emperor form or anything like that!)

History: As rather laid back and easy going young man who has led a rather average life Ritchie hasnt faced alot of challenges in life. For the most part his younger days arent really all that remarkable, nor were his teenage years. For the most part he would always just go with the flow while being overwhelmingly bored. Years later when he finally went to college he found himself not knowing what direction to take his life in, leading to various problems in his courses which were brought on by lack of interest, self-motivation and heaping helpings of frustration. Soon enough after enough failures he was forced to drop out. While his family was somewhat understanding his apparent lack of interest in learning coupled with his inability to get a job brought on alot of frustration from them. Finally they cut him off, hoping that being on his own and having to rely on himself would bring about some sort of change in his personality. After quite a while of wandering randomly and staying with whoever would let him crash at their place he met up with a relative that got him a job at a store which specialized in musical instruments, specifically those used in rock bands. One day out of boredom he picked up one of the electric guitars, plugged it into an amp, and just started to go wild. At that very same time another young man who was the lead vocalist for a struggling garage band heard this, and attempted to recruit him to replace their lead guitarist who had abandoned them recently. Feeling that he was far too inexperienced, not knowning how to even play a single note, he turned down the offer. But the young man was persistent, apparently believing he had some sort of natural talent, either that or he just managed to sound pretty good and they really needed someone on guitar. In any case Ritchie was eventually convinced to join, and soon his wild and unpredictable style of playing caught on and got the band some local fame. Soon he found himself fired up and motivated for the first time, thoroughly enjoying the rush he got from rocking out.

During their band's rise one of his bandmates introduced him to a show from another country, a show known as Kamen Rider which brought back fond memories of the live action shows he watched when he was younger. Thoroughly enjoying the show he would also intently listen to the show's music and began mimicing and incorporating elements and sections of the songs into his guitar playing. While it did sound quite good, he had lost his old wild and unpredictable sound in the process, and since that was what gave them a surge in popularity, the newfound predictability in his sound proved to be a drag on them. As their audiences began to shrink they decided to go on an indefinite hiatus.

Once more Ritchie found himself without direction or purpose and was left wondering what he would do now. Unknown to him, the agents of Dimension Tide had been watching him for a while , and upon the Anti-Universe beginning to release kaijin into Earth-Prime they decided to select him to be one of Eart-Prime's riders. When watching various rider series he often favored riders that fought with swords , as a result they assembled several cards based on some of his favorites. For now though he just wonders what he will do next though, unaware of the new purpose that he will gain very soon........

History: Despite having such an illustrious name and coming from a rather rich family, Selene was, quite frankly bored with her lifestyle of luxury. She was bored and sick of the private schools she was sent to, and how her whole life was being built up so she could run the family law firm one day. She decided she had enough shortly after her 18th birthday and just took off, leaving no notes behind or evidence on where she was going so her parents wouldn't follow. It seemed like she disappeared.

She did not, and was now a sort of professional thief, as she billed herself. Taking up the alias Oiuyue, which was Chinese for Autumn Moon, she became the person to go to if you needed to steal something. This was her way to get back at her parent's prim and proper conditioning, though she still had her morals, never taking jobs if it meant that she would have to kill others.

Somehow or other, Dimension Tide agents were able to track her down and selected her to be one of Earth-Prime's riders, seeing her cunning and agility as a great potential asset. They know full well of her past and are sort of blackmailing her into doing this, saying that they will tell her parents if she doesn't go along with it. So, Selene's life as a rider began...though she still steals when she feels like it...

Even though she hates the conditions she was brought up in, Selene is still a very polite young woman...when you are civil. She has a massive jealous streak and lets people know about it if they have something she wants. Other than that, she is a sort of thief with a heart of gold, always willing to save people...provided she gets a little compensation, which she just takes anyway.

The reason for her alias is simple...she loves the fall and she at one time wanted to study the moon as her job, something her parents wouldn't let her do. Her cards also reflect this, as two of them have connections with the moon or the coming of night. Since she also knew that Artemis, her rider alias, was known as an Archer, she chose a rider that used a bow-like weapon, seeing it as fitting.

Name: Koyomi Inoue

Age: 17

Rider Identity: Kamen Rider Thunder

Bio: An attractive female student that does well with her grades at school, Koyomi is a young woman who lived by herself at an apartment complex two blocks away from the school she attended. Though having been born in a wealthy family, much like Selene and Ritchie, she lost a lot of the wealth that she would've inherited under normal circumstances. At age 11, Both her parents had to pack up and leave for the United States in order to attend to some business she did not know about. With only a promise from her parents to receive a nice gift, Koyomi, at first, did not think too much about it, thinking that they would come back. However, she would later learn that both died in a plane crash, after the 747 that her parents rode in experienced mechanical failure, and crashed into the large expanse known as the Pacific Ocean. Needless to say, this broke the young Koyomi's heart, knowing that she won't be able to see her parents again.

This was only the start of the troubles for the girl, however, as it became evident to her that the rest of the family was really in a dispute with her parents over the rights to the money, seeing as her parents were actually the wealthiest branch in the family. With the help of a family friend -- the family attorney -- Koyomi fought to keep the money her parents worked hard to obtain. Unfortunately, she and the family friend lost the court battle after her father's brother convinced the judge that she was too young to handle all the wealth. Dejected by the loss of her family's only legacy to her -- an immense amount of wealth for her to start a new life with -- both Koyomi and the lawyer decided to leave the mansion for good, deciding to move into an apartment complex miles away from the old mansion. There, the lawyer decided to go into private practice with what money he had left, while Koyomi enrolled in a nearby school.

Years passed, and Koyomi grew up to be an attractive young woman who consistently scored high on tests, while at the same time taking up a job as a bagger at the supermarket nearby. All in all, life seemed great for the two. That is, until a fire caused by a careless resident who knocked over a mosquito coil, erupted throughout the apartment complex. While Koyomi was lucky to have gotten out of the apartment with the help of panicking residents, the lawyer wasn't so lucky, as he was sleeping soundly when the fire erupted. Having lost another parental figure in her life, homeless Koyomi decided to move into the storeroom of the supermarket she worked at while searching for a new home, much to the annoyance of her manager (who helped her with the apartment search as well). Things can only change for the patient, blue-haired young woman, however. And change they will....for the better.

Checking out a certain young woman's items one day, she was surprised to hear the young woman talk to her about the recent apartment fire, and of how she can provide Koyomi with much needed shelter, as well as free meals. Though a bit wary of the young woman's offer, Koyomi was nonetheless elated with the offer. It was then that the young woman, after loading up the bagged items into her cart, reached into her pocket and handed Koyomi a laminated business card, which read:

"Dimension Tide. Yuko Shibaura. Senior Technician."

Noticing the smile on Koyomi's face, the young woman -- Yuko Shibaura -- went on to extend an offer to Koyomi to become a Kamen Rider for Dimension Tide. Though a bit surprised, since she just thought Kamen Rider was a TV show she would watch every Sunday Morning before going to work, Koyomi was nonetheless grateful for Yuko's offer of shelter for her, and immediately repayed the kindness by accepting the offer to become one of the heroes she watched on television.

Because Koyomi was fond of riders who showed off incredible battle prowess with their fists and feet, Dimension Tide assembled a deck for Koyomi that consisted of her favorite riders -- all of which favored fists over weapons.

Name: Yuko Shibaura

Age: 22

Appearance:

Bio: A senior technician for Dimension Tide, Yuko is one of those responsible for the development of the Rider Development Systems, which was conceived when she was just starting out in Dimension Tide. Because of this, she is in charge of the maintenance of the Rider Development Systems, making sure that they function properly when the riders need them. She is also responsible for finding Koyomi a new home -- namely, the apartment complex she lives in, which is right across the street from Koyomi's school.

On one final note, much like a lot of the employees of Dimension Tide, Yuko is very much aware of her alternate self, especially the fact that her alternate self is living a blissful married life with one Rick Leon. Yuko would sometimes log on to Dimension Tide's mainframe through her own computer to check up on Alternate Yuko from time to time.

Rider Identity: Kamen Rider Argent

History: Aiden being just a kind, and gentle person always seems to have huge changes in his life, and even though he hates them he seems to have no control over them. Aiden grew up in a normal family in St.Louis, Missouri where he had two brothers, and both his parents were still together although he just felt left out of everything. It must of been because he was the middle child, but Aiden felt like he wasn't shown any attention at all. Because of his childhood of feeling lonely, and completely disowned almost from his family Aiden's cheerfulness slowly began to drift off. By the time Aiden was twelve he had began to throw his schooling away, and his grades were horrible. Even though his parents cared about him then, because they were worried he had given the hope of living Aiden simply told them every time they tried to argue about his grades," Its funny how now you care."

After starting high school Aiden had completely turned himself into a outcast by always wearing make up, and by ripping up his uniform. Even though Aiden had quit failing his classes he mostly just did it for attention, but sadly all he was given was the guilt of his actions. Aiden although not interested in school that much joined his school martial arts team. Aiden instead of practicing basic fighting styles that focused on both arms and legs chose to focus on only moving his feet, and to ignore his arms. Aiden began to think of fighting styles he could learn, but none came to his mind that fit what he wanted to learn and so he re thought how he wished to fight. Aiden then began to think that kicks are great, but easy to counter, so I must use a style that could counter balance the less use of my arms. Aiden finally thought about it, and he decided to study Savate a French martial art style that focused on kicking along with the Korean martial art style that also was based off of kicking called Taekwondo, and to counterbalance the two Aiden began to learn Judo which is a Japanese martial art that focuses on grappling one's opponent, and throwing them.

After years of training Aiden had become one of the best rising Martial artist at the age of nineteen, and he wanted to prove his strength, but others wanted to use his strength as well. These men who were tracking him down, and spying on him were from Dimension Tide which was a agency who's goal was to watch over the other dimensions now were in need of riders to fight against the Anti-Universe. Aiden had finished his practice for the day, and was encountered by these agents, and he said," If you two are feds well sadly I would want you to know I can kick both your asses, so piss off." The agents weren't angered by his words or his tone of voice, and one of the agents said," We wish that you would accompany us back to are base, because we wish that you become a rider." Aiden didn't know what they were talking about, but he had nothing else better to do, so he accepted their proposition. Aiden then was asked," Your system will use riders from the past please tell me what kind you would want." Aiden smirked, and said," Make those riders be good on their feet along with either dark personalities or just looked down upon." So because of his choices Aiden was given Kamen rider Delta, Kickhopper, and Imperer. And now Aiden fights as Kamen rider Argent.

History:
A young prodigy, whos studies have led him to become well known in the world of mercenaries.
Mica is an adopted son of a PMC military director, General Ralph Feilane. The general is famous for the private military contract, that helped cleaned up the drug wars in south america. Mica was only 13 when he helped his father end the drug wars. Being in the front line along other children soldiers, Mica picked up much experience.

One year later after the end of the war, Mica was already enrolled into the world top military academy. As he studied to become a strategic forcaster. During his years at the academy before he became a rider, Mica helped out the worlds military on operations in the middle east, ending some rebel fighting. Mica was a wonder child, this fact made him one of the best candidates to become a rider, when demension tide came to make the offer.

Mica accepted immediately, wishing to be away from military school and the military, As much as a wonder child as he is, he is just looking for some freedom and dimension tide offered it. Well in exchange for some services. Mica has mix opinion about fighting in the forefront without being in a command center, but what choice does he have? He's already volunteered and so he's got to do what he has to.

Mica is a very geeky person somewhat serious at times, he like to spend time studying instead of going out. It doesn't mean that he doesn't want to, Mica wants to experience the outside his own way. Mica can sometimes comes off as a timid and pessimistic person. During battle he might be somewhat of a coward. But when it comes time for some good planning, Mica is the best for it.
