People shouldn't keep worrying about J -- since he was included on the movie's teaser poster, I don't think Toei's forgetting him. It's just a case of his movie being so sucky he doesn't deserve that much attention.

On one of the pictures, they have written all the names of the 26 riders in plain english and J is included, alongside Decade and Diend.
so yes, he is in the movie, in the final cut he probally going to be right behind them in his giant form.
