In the Black RX World, which will conclude the series, Tsukasa will meet Kotaro, and the season will end on August 8th with the movie and the bid gathering of all Riders plus ZWEI.

If the series has 30 episodes (which I am sure it will) it won't end until August 23rd. That means a 32 episode series will end in Sept.
