By the end of the Film, Narutaki realizes that DIKEIDO is a pretty cool guy. Gives him a thumbs up, and summons RX and Multiple forms from different points in time.

On the Subject of Kurata playing BLACK though might be something like Overtime the Kingstone Healed itself and he lost his RX Powers.
