It looks like they used the concept art for kuuga's final form that looked more like emperor kiva.

look's cool.but i still like his ultimate form better though. but, seriously.. does he need to have another form??

Well, it's not the Narutaki actor as Jigoku Taishi in the movie, according to a couple of Japanese sites, but veteran actor Ren Osugi.

While Renji Ishibashi and Ren Osugi are two cool performers, who have played countless screen villains, I still think it's a bit of a slap in the face when Hideyo Amamoto and Kenji Ushio are iconic figures in the history of tokusatsu villains, particularly those two characters of theirs. I guess it's good that maybe Ishibashi's not going completely to waste as Natsumi's idiot grandfather. :shrug:

Kouhei has confirmed that he's returning for 20-21... that matches up pretty well with Dark Kiva, I'd say. I'll be surprised if he isn't back as Otoya.

Hmm... yea I was wondering about Hell Ambassador since it didn't look like Narutaki, in that picture atleast.

But really, who would be able to fill their shoes. I wouldn't want to see them CGI-ed in like THE FIRST and well atleast they didn't get Gackt or anything... that would be a big slap in the face.
