I like Blazeking's theory except Saga and IXA did not die.

Well Saga is an invalidated rider (no user), and I haven't seen anything that suggests Diend summons IXA. The previous Saga owner may have been killed before Taiga got sagark. I see Diend summoning Dark Kiva before IXA.

Diend will summon Ixa and Psyga in the Kabuto world, there was a picture posted in this topic.

He also summons G3 in the Den-O/Decade movie, even though both the original user and Decade's AU version of the user are alive.

I like the theory, but I doubt Toei's thought any farther than "He summons other Riders! Woo!"

It won't have any effect on it. None of the rider movies (other than ore tanjou) had an effect on the main series.

I wouldn't be surprised, due to Ryuga being killed by Diend.
