Nope, it's the guy who played Kirameki in the Hibiki movie. He just turned 37, and it's better to have an older guy, who might be able to act and be believable in the part, than an anorexic girly-guy* to play Agito, the best Rider ever.

Oh so that's where I've seen him before! I keep thinking it was the guy who wore the G4 system in the Agito movie :sweat:
