So 3 eps per world including a 3 parter finale for Decade's world and the movie I guess.

Technically Kuuga's World is a 3-parter.
I was thinking Kiva's World was a 2-parter due to Kiva ending a few weeks ago.

Not so much, 2 minutes in Kuuga's world doesn't necessarily count, it was just bridging the gap like they do at the end of whatever world they are done with so far.
Its most likely all the worlds are initially going to be 2 parters then he goes and returns to those worlds for whatever reasons, goes to some amalgam world with all of them fucked up in some way, returns to his own world, goes to the showa era, or whatever.
