Not sure. duke doesn't have anything after ep 3, and we've only seen scans of elements from the new Ryuki and Kiva universes so far.

He needed to go to Kuuga's World first because Kuuga is the also-ran for this show.

But as said before, with the scans we've seen, it'll either be Kiva or Ryuki, and it'll probably be Kiva since we've seen more.

And the fangire throne scene, his merman looked like he got a crest on the head. Definitely not Bashaa.

This year, we will see the 10th show of the series that came back with "Kamen Rider Kuuga" in 2000. As we are waiting for the start of the 10th anniversary of the series "Kamen Rider Decade", we happen to know we will have main actors from rider history returning.
We have Kento Handa, who is an actor, musician, dj, columnist and a commentator and still progressing in his career, to speak with us here.

This is definitely implying Kento returning due to it being a Decade article and an interview with him but it isn't 100% solid evidence.
