Kamen Rider Decade rumor/picture thread

You know, I'm still wondering who this guy is

I wouldn't think much of it, but the fact that every year prior to this had the silhouetted rider match the look of the rider makes me curious as to: 1. Who this is, or 2. Why they chose to change the tradition of revealing the outline of the rider first and just replaced it with....a human looking thing.

Also, The Rider with the clock for a head is missing too, that means it was probably a fan design, right?

I only remember the kiva one but it doesn't seem like such a big deal to me. That picture was more like a hint at what's to come to get kids psyched and not a revealing of the new rider. I really don't see a reason to look so hard into something that is pretty clear as it is but go ahead anyways, if you find anything mind blowing let me know. :laugh:

At this point, I just want Kabuto and Gatack to appear and humiliate Decade a bit. Sure, Decade may win the fight, but Kabuto is a better fighter.
