Kamen Rider Blade: The Missing Ace - Talkback

Yes I saw them, and Kaido too.

Aw, forget those Faiz losers, focus on the important cameos! Seiji Takaiwa as a guard chasing Amane, who falls face first down an escalator. And there's Rider Chips guitarist Yoshio Nomura as the performer at the Jacaranda.

I think the action done by Glaive himself outshines any action that was in Faiz as a whole, including Paradise Lost. Naoki Nagase rocked in Missing Ace (he didn't impress me as the cartoony, Rocketeer-reject Psyga)

That was Seiji Takaiwa? I didn't recognize him since I hardly see him out of suit.

After reviewing the play....jk. After watching Missing Ace again, yeah, the action was alot better than "Paradise Lost". Story was still not as good as Lost Paradise, but this is definitely one of my favorites!

Weren't the rest of the Rider Chips also in that scene? I thought I saw the rest of the band sitting at the table, watching as the guitarist played.

Yeah, I still can't get over the number of people that prefer Paradise Lost though. It's just... wrong.

The thing I thought was cool for "Lost Paradise" was when Faiz cut Leo in half. When he got his saber to his mid section, and then hit "Exeed Charge" and impaled him, that was pretty fucking cool!

To me, Paradise Lost is basically a summer popcorn flick. Is it a good movie? Not really. Is it entertaining for the most part and laden with special effects? Definitiely. It's just a good way to blow an hour and a half if you have nothing else to do.

It's mostly boring in the middle and the "memory loss" thing was a total mess, but I think the end at the stadium scene redeems the movie. The battle between Faiz and Saiga, then Orga, then the Erectocrapticgrasmic Orphenoch... that was all pretty enjoyable in my book. Kiba's descent to the dark side made much more sense and was far less forced in Paradise Lost than it was in the TV series. Unfortunately, the movie ends with another vague conclusion that's every bit as unsatisfying as the other one.

I've said this before, but Missing Ace would have been a lot better if Tachibana, Glaive, and the other two weren't such raging assholes, and if Kenzaki and Hajime had more development. Ultimately it is the better of the two, but I still prefer Ryuki: Episode Final, myself.
