Kamen Rider Blade: Royal Flush (RPG thread)

"Well....I have problems with this randomness and all, but I did tell you back at orientation that being a Rider is a 24/7 job. Because you can never tell when an Undead chooses to attack,"

"You must not have said that part in English because I seriously dont remember that!" he yelled as he got back onto the Blue Spader and sped back to the rather crappy apartment building that B.O.A.R.D had agreed to pay for, apparently the cheap bastards couldnt spring for a place that didnt have a high roach population. Being unable to speak the language often left Lucas as a disadvantage since he couldnt negotiate this stuff with fellow B.O.A.R.D members that well and often ended up with the worse end of the deal, which certainly wasnt right seeing as they needed him to be their super hero and fight the undead for them, hell he couldnt even order a decent meal half the time due to the language barrier. And it wasnt like he hadnt tried to learn the language, but it was quite a pain in the ass that ended with him throwing something and yelling various curse words. Once back at his monument to garbage that he called home he collapsed onto the somewhat substandard bed they gave him to sleep on, where it took him a while to get to sleep. His crankiness was growing, and by the time he went to B.O.A.R.D hq chances are he was gonna knock out the three guys that woke his ass up to fight the Boar Undead.

Leiko had taken a shower and changed out of her wet maid outfit into something more comfortable, which was a nondescript black t-shirt and a pair of shorts. She already had them in place in the bathroom before she left for work so she could quickly change and head to bed. Leiko was finishing up drying her long, black hair when a polyphonic version of the WORLD came from her bag. That's probably Ami... Sighing, she reached into it, fumbling past the Leangle Buckle to pick up her cell phone and answered it, only to hear a earsplitting greeting. "Hello, Leiko-chan! Did you make it home okay?" Leiko tried to contain her annoyance as she chatted with her friend. "Yes, Ami. Can you make it quick? I'm really tired." Ami sounded hurt, but understood. "I guess I'll see you at school...Oh, wait! I forgot to tell you something in the parking lot!"

Leiko opened the bathroom door slightly, peeking out a little to check on her guest, who just sat there. "What is it?" Ami made a few sounds as if she forgot, but it came to her. "You know that guy that yelled at me? Well, he apologized after he left. Maybe he's not so bad after all. Well, pleasant dreams, Leiko-chan!" Ending the call, Leiko closed the door and placed her phone back in the bag. Picking it up, as she didn't feel safe without the Leangle Buckle around her house for obvious reasons, she opened the bathroom door and said one last thing to Tengo before heading to her room. "I forgot to mention. If you're hungry or anything, help yourself to what's in the fridge. Well, I'm off to bed. I got school in the morning so don't be too loud." With that, she entered her room, which was in a bit of a mess with research papers detailing the Undead strewn around. They were her father's, and she found them shortly after driving the Squid Undead from her house. After locking her door, Leiko placed her bag right beside the bed and soon settled down, careful not to upset her injuries. It didn't take long for her to fall asleep, as she hoped to get a few blessed hours of rest before heading to school in the morning.

Tengo didn't respond to her offer of food, merely contiuing to space off in the distance. It would be some time before dawn broke. It would seem even longer for one who couldn't sleep. Tengo often wondered what it was like to sleep. To dream. But he knew he would never find out.

Ding-Dong

Tengo slowly turned his head toward the door, watching it carefully. Tengo expected the girl to get the door, but the sounds of manish snoring made him get from the couch and to the door.

"Yes?" Tengo turned the doorknob and opened the door... a gust of wind knocking him backward. Tengo hit a cabinet, falling to the ground as several piture frames hit his head. Tengo had felt worse pain before so he quickly raised himself and faced his would-be assailant. The Hawk Undead made his way through the door, extending his talons. Tengo snarled and brought his arms into an X shape before snapping them into an L shape. "Henshin." Running into the Hawk's chest while dissolving, Chalice rammed the Undead into a wall before flinging him onto a table, smashing it. The Undead clawed air to get up, grabbing Tengo's jacket and having it fall onto him. Chalice helped his new friend up, grabbing him by the head and forcing his face into a sink. Chalice was not known for his subtlty.

Leiko was snoring rather loudly and it took a few seconds of repeated smashes and crashing of furniture to wake her up. Groaning, she put her pillow over her head to try and drown the noise out. I told him to be quiet... After another loud crash, Leiko sat up, anger on her face. I tried to be nice, but it looks like someone is going to sleep in the rain! Opening the door, her face froze in fright as she saw a giant hole in one of the walls with the Heart-based rider from before and a hawk-based Undead fighting each other, destroying her house in the process. Slamming the door shut, Leiko collapsed to her knees in fear. Not again...No, not again! She assumed that the man she picked up must of a been the Hawk Undead, and Chalice must of tracked it here. This just proves that I can't trust anyone, ever! Grabbing the Leangle Buckle from her bag once more, she also pulled out her Categroy Ace card which she had placed in her bag after taking her shower. Within a few seconds, Leiko silently transformed into Leangle and brought our her Rouzer.

Giving a 'screw you' to subtlety, Leangle burst through her bedroom door, blinded by both fear and anger. Watching the duo destroy her house, Leangle took a card from her holder, and swiped it on her Rouzer.

STAB

Energy began to encircle the tip of her Rouzer as she ran towards the duo. "Get out...get out here!" She thrusted her spear-like Rouzer towards the two, not really caring which one she hit.

Chalice was in the middle of bludgering the Hawk Undead's head into the sink when a metallic voice spoke out, causing him to turn in it's direction. What Chalice got was an abdomen full of pain as the green Rider's lance hit his torso, sending him flying backward and into a wall. Chalice slid down to the floor, going limp... and transforming back into Tengo. The Hawk Undead thanked it's savior by sending a small tornado in his direction.

Leangle was satisfied in taking down Chalice, but her satisfaction would turn to confusion as she saw Chalice change back into the man she helped before. This was why she didn't react in time to dodge the tornado thrown her way, and it knocked her through a wall, into her parents bedroom. Leangle's armor was fine. It was the person in it that was hurt. Holding her side, she looked around and noticed where she was. This was where she found both of her parents that day, on the floor, bloodied and dead. And that Squid standing over them...

The Hawk Undead entered the room, looking for the green rider, only to be met by repeated stabs to the gut. Knocking the Undead down, Leangle wanted to end this now. She also wanted to make this thing hurt. Bad. Taking two cards from her holder, she swiped them.

SCREW

BLIZZARD

BLIZZARD GALE

Energy built up in Leangle's armor as the Undead got up. Leangle's right hand turned icy cold as she delivered a devastating punch to the Undead's stomach, causing it to collapse with flames bursting from it. The green rider took a blank card and dropped it on the Undead, sealing it. Picking it up, she noticed that it was part of the heart suit and glared towards the now unconscious Chalice, who was in his human form. Throwing it towards him, she hissed. How's humiliation feel, bastard?! Surveying the destruction, Leiko dehenshined. With a look of sadness on her face, she came to a conclusion. I can't stay here anymore. This is the second time this has happened. But where can I go?

She went to her now doorless room and started putting everything her bag could carry in it. This included the report papers, as she didn't want anyone to know about them. Putting on a jacket, she headed outside and gave one last look to her house before hopping on her motorcycle. She then headed to the one place where she could stay...

Tengo groaned as he raised his head from the ground, a Rouse Card laying infront of him. Tengo reached out and lifted it to his face.

"Tornado. Well... I guess we're even." Tengo raised himself from the ground, expecting the Rider to attack him next, but was instead greeted with an empty house. Tengo half-expected the girl to be freaking out, screaming over what happened. Nothing. Maybe she was hurt. tengo walked into her bedroom. No one. But there was something else missing. All of her stuff. Her dresser had it's drawers hanging out, completly empty. Dust accumulated around an empty space as if an object had been there. It all made sense. The appearance of the Undead, the green Rider coming from nowhere, the girl disappearing. It could only mean one thing...

"That Rider must have taken her to his base for questioning after she saw what happened. That bastard." Yeah, Tengo was kinda dense. If the Rider had taken her to his base... then it must be the same place he keeps the Undead he seals. Find the girl, find the Rider, find the cards. A smile came apon Tengo's face, one of devilish intent. First, he needed a trail. Most of her clothing had been taken with her...

That's it! Tengo turned toward the bathroom, opening the door to find what he needed. Her maid uniform. In the Rider's hurry to make her pack, she must have forgotten that she left her uniform on the floor. Tengo lifted the uniform, a one piece maid outfit. Cute. Lifting it and taking a sniff from it. This was in no way perverted, he merely needed to pick up her scent to follow her. Got it. Tengo pulled on his jacket and placed the maid outfit in his pocket before going out into the mild rain. Her bike was gone. The Rider must have stolen it to make a fast getaway. Luckily, the girl's neighbor had a dirt bike of his own... and kept the key in the ignition... and left it outside. Tengo got on the bike, he would need to keep up with the scent before the rain washed away, and sped off toward the scent.

After driving for about three blocks from her house, Leiko reached her destination. It was a large house and looked rather expensive. Almost everyone who lived here was off on a business trip, save one. Getting off her motorcycle, Leiko had some second thoughts coming here. What am I doing?! It would be better if I stayed on the streets than coming here! Nontheless, she walked up to the door and rang the doorbell. Within a minute, the occupant of the house opened the door, wearing a bath robe to conceal her lingerie. It was Ami and she looked surprised to see Leiko at this hour as she rubbed the sleep from her eyes.

"Leiko-chan! What brings you here so late?" Leiko looked down, a sad look evident on her face. "You know that break in at my house I told you about three weeks ago? Well, it happened again. I'm OK, but I think it's too dangerous for me to stay there now. Would it be OK if I crashed here for awhile?" Leiko never went into details about the break in with Ami like that her parents were dead or that the assailant wasn't human. Ami suddenly embraced Leiko, forgetting about her friend's injuries. "Of course it's alright, Leiko-chan. That's what friends are for." Leiko, in pain from her friend's sudden hug, patted her as to tell her to let go. Before walking in, Leiko mentioned one last thing. "Ami, if a guy comes snooping around looking for me, tell him that the green rider told her to stay here." Leiko was hoping this ruse would throw off Chalice, as she assumed that he didn't know her identity as Leangle. Ami looked puzzled, as usual. "Is that code for something?" Leiko nodded. "Oh, I get it. Now come on, Leiko-chan. I'll show you to your room." Leiko ran back to get her bag and then followed her clueless friend inside.

Tengo drove a short distance before the scent directed him to a large house. Of course a Rider could afford such a place. Probably getting paid the big bucks hunting Undead. Parking his stolen bike in the shadows, Tengo crouched by the corner, edging himself closer to the door. Giving the doorbell a ring, he layed flat on the side, ready to ambush the man who lived here. Instead, a young girl answered the door, about the other one's age, and looked at Tengo with a confused look. Tengo loosened up a bit and looked at the girl with an emotionless face.

"Hello. I'm looking for someone who might be here. She works with you at the Maid Cafe."

"Hm? Oh... ah, well... yes but... a green Rider told her to stay here." Tengo processed what the girl had said, narrowing his eyes. It was obvious the girl had lied. Quickening pulse, shifty eyes, nervous tone of voice. But why would she lie? What did she have to gain with keeping that girl here against her will? Unless...

"You're the green Rider."

"... What?"

"It makes sense. YOU were there at the cafe. You followed me to her house and attacked. When your friend found out your secret, you had to keep her quiet so you kidnapped her. Clever, little Rider. Very clever."

"I honestly have no..."

"Don't try and save your ass. Your belt must cover your body in cybernetic gear, giving you a muscley appearance."

"Uh..."

"You damn Riders think you can police us around. Well the Battle Fight's going to happen. Wheter you are here or not. That human had nothing to do with this but you just had to bring her in. I swear... I'll make you pay." Tengo brought his arms into an X, then back into an L shape. "Henshin." Tengo dissolved away into Chalice, the girl standing in front of him running back into her house. "Where is the girl, Rider? It's me you want. Just let her go."

Ami had absolutely no clue what this guy was talking about and now he transformed into some kind of mechanical bug thing with a heart on it's face. "P-Please don't hurt me. I honestly don't have any clue to what you're talking about." A voice suddenly shouted out to Ami. "Ami, move back!" Leiko ran down the stairs from her room, obvious anger on her face. "Isn't it enough that you wrecked my house?! Now you have to stalk me and try to hurt my friend, not once, but twice?!" She revealed the Leangle Buckle for both Ami and Chalice to see. "I've already lost my parents to this damn 'Battle Fight' or whatever, and I'm not going to lose my friend!" Inserting the Category Ace card into it, the Leangle Buckle produced a belt around Leiko's waist. Ami didn't know how to respond. "L-Leiko-chan...what are you...?" A pulsing sound could be heard as Leiko brought a hand to her face. "Henshin..." She swiped both hands across the center of the belt, opening it and revealing a club symbol.

OPEN UP

A wall of energy shot out and quickly enveloped the young girl, leaving behind the armored form of Leangle. Ami, not knowing how to process this, fell to her knees. Leangle immediately took a defensive position in front of her friend with her Leangle Rouzer. "Leave us the hell alone!"
