I liked Isaka...sure, it was nice when Tachibana finally grew a pair and kicked his ass, but Isaka was the only High Class Undead in the show I liked. I think the show began to run out of steam once he left -- and only regained momentum in the mid-30s with the Trial and later Tennouji arc. Could it be that Isaka, Hirose and Tennouji were pretty much regular villains there for a bit? Although I still wish Tennouji had henshined into Glaive instead of that creepy-ass revamped Cerebrus.
My favorite Tachibana/Isaka moment was when Tachibana marched into Isaka's little headquarters and told him he didn't need the Chump Cure Juice, proceeding to henshin and blast the tank full of it. That's not the cool part, the cool part is when Gallen shoots Isaka right in the face! Isaka just looks down and to the side ("back and to the right, back and to the right") and reverts to his Peacock form. I really liked Yasukaze Motomiya, I think that he should have played a Rider, actually.
