Just finished 44 & 45.

Aw, that Yuka & Keitaro scence was good, but poor Yuka, right when things start going good for them.

& Now Kiba is on a rampage. XD

Finished the series!!!!

Still haven't watched the movie, I'll do so tomorrow or late tonight. Is it a rewrite like blade, or just a new story like kabuto??

Also I have to say, What the crap!?

I just don't understand the last episode. Okay, Takumi with the help of Kiba who died in the process killed the Orphenoc King, but he gave Saeko power or something, so does Saeko get to live forever? & why didn't the king's body go dust like all the rest?? & they all act like nothing happened really, so I just don't get it.

Watched the movie. This is definitely my favorite Kamen Rider movie, but not my favorite series. I like how the movie ended, sure it was open ended, but it had Takumi & Mari walking together in the end, so it was still good.

Yeah, it left things untied, but it was a film that was extremely imaginative. I really didn't like the series, to me it wasn't that original. But this film's concept was interesting to me. The good guys had nowhere to hide, loved how the finisher looked on Psyga, the budget made it jaw-dropping :buttrock:

Well it just had different elements not seen in the series. And the fact that it had very little to do with the series other than the belts helped too :laugh:

The movie also had the good sense to dust Kusaka off right away. Could have only been better if he wasn't there at all.

I like PL myself much more than the series. Of course, the movie has it's own problems. The amnesia angle with Takumi is kind of odd but it also makes for a great heroic return. Something about it feels much more congruous with the early episodes of Faiz than what the series ultimately gave us. Typically, I'll watch the series only up to a certain point and then just jump to the movie. In a weird way, it makes for a more satisfying experience.

That was what the Orphenoch King was suppose to do - turn the Orphenoch into 'true' Orphenoch that will loose their fragile human side and escape from
the fate that all the normal Orphenoch will turn to dust eventually simply because the power of the Orphenoc is still too much for their mortal human body to handle.

So, Saeko is now a true Orphenoch - a true Immortal.

Well, the Orphenoc King is suppose to be an Immortal and pretty much indestructible, Faiz's kick only rendered him in pretty bad shape that it will take him some time (hopely a very long time) to rejuvenate.

So, in the end, the war with the Orphenoch didn't really end, it was just delayed, well, for a while... New Orphenochs will keep surfacing even without the intervention of Smart Brain because evolution of the human race (into Orphenoch) is inevitable, but yeah, their fate is not certain until their King return from his deep slumber since, again, no Orphenoch can escape their deadly end without becoming a true Orphenoch.[/HIDE]

Seriously.

It really did feel like that from the moment the movie began, what with the freedom fighter atmosphere and its setup. I felt that it was a bit squeezed toward the end, but still less like an extended episode than many other Kamen Rider movies.
