I felt that it was a bit squeezed toward the end, but still less like an extended episode than many other Kamen Rider movies.

Yeah, that was really my only gripe. The last like 20 minutes of the movie took place in that stadium. It felt a little anti-climactic after a while. But Takumi's big revelation kicked the interest level up a notch.
