Is there any popular anime TV show writer that didn't get the chance to write a rider show yet?

Off the top of my head, Tow Ubukata and Mari Okada. (For whatever reason, it seems anime scriptwriters don't tend to be as well-known as say, manga authors whose material get adapted into anime)

i'm wondering though..what if koichi sakamoto will be back being at the producer seat !? :disappoin

Not likely, considering he's action director on Ultraman X.

Gokaiger was pretty boring, disappointing, and lackluster IMO.
(I'm one of very few minority who think this way)

Regarding Sho Aikawa... ugh.... that would be worse; I've never been fan of his writing (Boukenger, Kamen Rider Decade).

No, you're not; people love to ***** about Gokaiger and then go "look at me, I've got the UNPOPULAR OPINION!!!!!11" And I think that poster was referring to Arakawa's experience of writing Gokaiger and all the behind the scenes stuff that went on. Gokaiger's circumstances were pretty unique though, so it shouldn't put him off writing another show for Toei. My only question mark over Arakawa doing it is that the show would inevitably be harshly judged for not being able to replicate Kuuga ...

I think that the moral message Blade's ending gives to kids is one of the worst in the franchise and that because of it Aikawa should not be allowed to return to Kamen Rider. (He can stay away from Sentai too, for that matter. Boukenger is no great work of genius.) I would rather not see Kobayashi (overexposed, and we don't need any more characters like Mezul or Gritta) nor Kida (I don't like Wizard much) ... but who does that leave? Is it time for Komura to step up to head writer, maybe?

I think choice of writer(s) depends on whether they have time and also on who the producers want to work with.

How about Hasegawa Keiichi? He and Komura are currently subwriters for Drive.
Or the main writer for Fourze, Nakashima Kazuki?

Just had a thought, it's a bit of a stretch, but still. What if the name is a pun? Start with "Ghost," go to straight romanization and pronunciation as "Gosuto," then separate it into "Go-Suto," then re-translate it into "Go-Suit," and thus...fashion theme is still on for Fall 2015 :p

lol I want to see this happen xD

Interesting. I RARELY hear anyone complain, criticize, or rant, about the series, due to all the praise I've seen.
Granted, I don't mind people enjoying the series I didn't like too much, but all the receptions I've seen so far, makes this one of the most "overrated" series I've seen.

Regardless of writer, I want someone who's new, but have few experience in other successful works in TV shows.

Oh, yes, people definitely do ...

I don't want a writer who's going to give us another "edgy", jackass-y hero. People keep saying "we need another Tendou/Tsukasa/Takumi type!" or "we need another Haruto!" and no, no we don't. (I would enjoy another series like Kabuto or Hibiki in that the main Rider and the protagonist/audience POV character are two different people ... although I have been told before that this would hurt sales and it's unlikely Toei would do it again)

Especially those two character archetypes. I want something new; Kouta was a breath of fresh air for me. I want Riders with more different personalities than the ones we got these past few years.

PS: (Maybe another Shouichi :3 )

I like jackass-y Riders myself, so another Tendou/Tsukasa/Takumi type would be great with me. I'm actually hoping we don't have a "bleeding heart" Rider like Eiji/Gentaro/Kota though I don't outright dislike these Riders.
