but you could just have Basco underestimating Go-busters and get a few scratches and run while NOT being held by the opponent. It is so not Basco to walk away in the middle of the battle while still healthy and in his true form...

Hey, even Juzo get beaten up by Goseiger...

The only reason I can think of in that Go-busters Vs Basco scene is because Go-busters did not have finishers other than It's Time For Buster thingy... Goseiger has both Gosei Dynamic and Headder Bullets while Gokaiger has Final Wave, Gokai Galleon Buster (looking at the timeline) and can use the special move of past Super Sentai...

Go-Busters also have the "Special Buster" moves they could of utilized when fighting Basco. All it boils down to though, is that Basco is the villain of the Gokaigers and only a framing device to fill the 'introduce the new team' quota these team up movies have been presenting us.
