Kaizoku Sentai Gokaiger rumor thread - G3

They still gave Wada Keichi and Toshihide Wakamatsu action scenes and they're only in their early 40's. Kind of disappointing that they didn't do it to others. Even someone like Kaneko Noboru didn't get to fight.

Yeah, & that's the ironic thing about it. Toshihide Wakamatsu (Black Condor) is 46 years old now, & Keiichi Wada (RyuuRanger) is at least 43 (he'll be turning 44 this March), & they got to fight, where as actors/actresses who are at, near, or around the same ages as the ones mentioned above, like Noboru Kaneko (GaoRed, who turned 37 from last year), Kenta Sato (Red Turbo, who's at least 45), & Ryou Narushima (Five Yellow, who is 40 years old), didn't even get to fight.

That just boggles the mind. Even Kenji Ohba (Gavan, Battle Kenya, & Denji Blue) got to fight in Gokaiger Vs. Gavan, & he's 56 now, so what's the excuse there?

このピンチを救ったのは、ナビィが操縦するフリージョーカーだった。
その攻撃で生じたザンギャック艦隊の混乱に乗じ、
マーベラスと鎧は、皇帝のいるギガントホースに突入。
一方、残ったジョーたち４人は、改めてダイランドーに戦いを挑む。

The 6 Gokaiger force Dairando to escape, but they're attacked by the Emperor and the Zangyack's full army. They're rescued from that pinch by Navi controlling the Free Joker. Marvelous and Gai use the confusion of the Zangyack fleet and rush into the Gigant Horse, where the emperor is. Joe and the others transform and challange Dairando for battle.[/hide]

It's basically confirmed now that we won't see a Second Legend War...

-Tell us about the process before you got the offer of Gokaiger
Telling truth I myself contact Mr.Takemoto, the director of Gokaiger and asked him to make me appear on Gokaiger. Of course at this point he didn't have the right of decision so he just said "I can't assure"

-So you knew about Gokaiger then?
... Yes. I live in Kyoto now and my neighborhood knew about me, so I was often asked "Don't you make appearance on Gokaiger?" , "I want you to be on Gokaiger." (laugh)

-What do you think of the scene of your appearance?
I think it's nice scnene for me(laugh). Although there're few scene on which I appear, my lines contains part of the lyrics of Fiveman's opening song. I'm grateful that I can appear on as it were climax of series. Among the actor who played the legend hero, I was the youngest so I got nervous.

-You wore the costume of Five Yellow
Exactly. Mr.Hachisuka who portrayed Five Yellow then told me "Why don't you wear suit as a memory." The 'real' Five Yellow kindly suggested me of wearing a costume, there's no reason to turn down, you know. I didn't expect to wear the costume at all. When I wore the costume, I couldn't help thinking that Mr.Hachisuka was slender guy(laugh). When Fiveman's shooting was about to finish, I wore the costume once, and found wearing the mask was tough. Just looking forward was difficult.

Uemura wore the Green Flash suit, too. I don't think the other three wore their suits, though -- just Uemura and Narushima. (But Uemura and Kazuoki, like Narushima, also had to ask their way onto the show.)

Kind of cool when the actors were so into it that they took time to put on the suit for the split-second overlay shot. (Yellow Lion, Oh Red, Oh Pink, Go-on Red wore their suits, too.)
