Kaizoku Sentai Gokaiger rumor thread - G3

Goushi and Kaijou are now confirmed to appear. Source is sanshiki. It also sounds like there may be more people showing up?

I'm glad to see that Noboru Takemoto is directing the final three episodes. He's knowledgeable about the franchise and hits a lot of fan events with past Sentai actors and is friends with a bunch of them, so it's possible he could call in some favors and have some surprises in store for us.

Or not even a actor/actress that played in Zyuranger returning. The other Sentai series being Denjiman, Sun Vulcan, Goggle V, Dynaman, Bioman, Changeman, Flashman, Maskman, Turboranger, or Fiveman (& probably Battle Fever J) didn't get tribute episodes, either, but at least we got certain actors/actresses from each of those series to come back for it.

Like I said in another thread, I just got to laugh at the PR fans. They're the ones who keeps thinking something like, "Why the hell aren't they having any returning actors/actresses from Zyuranger show up?! Why isn't there a tribute episode for it? I want my MMPR fix!", or "Why aren't they showing love for MMPR?", etc., even though Gokaiger was very clear from the start that the show wasn't exactly targeting towards the western audience.

That's what the Gokaiger adaptation is for in a few years from now.

IMO the series tries to keep true to the canonical ending of each sentai teams. IIRC Zyuranger went to heaven (died?) after the series ends, which means that they are not on earth anymore. But then again, that did not stop Black Condor from reappearing...

I really hope there will be some good red and red interaction between Kaijo and Marvellous. That was something missing in tribute episodes featuring returning reds. If Kaijo returns in the series again I think there will a good chance of him as Akaranger in SHT.

That's a really interesting read, though I don't believe for a second it'll be his last appearance, he's just too awesome. Just wait for Gokaiger vs Go-busters :laugh:

I'm very happy to hear Mammoth Ranger will be appearing though, it's great they managed to get at least one person back from every show. Missing just one of them would have been such a disappointment, even if they later fixed that with one of the movies. It's been a great tribute to the past teams, it's almost going to feel weird going back to a team that only has one set of powers.
