He isn't part of the toyline though. He might appear more than once, but there's no way he'll be anything close to an actual recurring character.

He apparently shows up for one scene. It's obviously going to be a case of him showing up, passing his powers onto the team, then dying/going away. At best, we'll see these guys return for the finale, but it's definitely not an "evil ranger squad" or extra additions to the team.

We'll know of any new team members months in advance, thanks to the absurd amount of new toys they get (just look at Kyoryu Gold, who had four pages devoted to him the Q2 toy magazines).

I'm Really hoping future mecha's we get and Orange and Brown.....and maybe Yellow to why not.
