Pft, nothing so great about CIA. Hubby's best friend is a graduate of CIA while the hubby is a graduate of J&W. Do you know which culinary courses you'll be talking and what you'll be primarily majoring in?

Semester 2:

- College Writing (Which I've already taken)
- Introduction to Food & Beverage Cost Control
- Baking & Pastry Arts II
- Culinary Skills & Techniques II
- Culinary Practices II
- Community & Customer Service Skills
 
Faded, I pitty any chef that comes to work under you. Because I can picture you being worse then Gordon Ramsay.
