Never liked that cartoon and was near baffled at what the appeal was suppose to be.

The appeal for me was The Wilsons...they struck unintentional gold with how well they carried it. Dennis was a legit annoyence in the series

I dunno... as a kid Dennis always seemed to be set up as the "hero" and I hated that kid so much.

Early 80's and late 70's had some of the most obnoxious characters like this Martian that used to bug the **** out of Fred Flintstone.

Never saw the draw... even as a kid.

As of the last post there I'm not speaking in metaphors or parallels to the message board... foooor the record.

But yeah.. I never got it. Why, as a kid, am I suppose to root for some punk kid that just keeps fucking up some old dude's day? I remember this frustration a lot as a kid in the 80's. I was annoyed that this is what "they" thought I liked?

Heathcliff on the other hand... he only did it to those that had it coming and stuck up for people. That I can get behind.
