I'll miss the 2-in-1 Rider concept

With the clock running down on W, I began thinking back to the beginning. Having two protagonists as one Rider did not seem like the smartest of ideas to me, but it's been one heck of a ride since episode 1. I remember when we thought they would do a fusion dance thing and I thought that was lame because that would invoke what happened with Sailor Moon SuperS (in which Usagi and Chibi-Usa had to be together ALL THE TIME!) but it's been executed to great efficiency.

I'm not saying I want every Rider to suddenly grab a buddy and become Barom-1 Rider or anything but it's been a great concept that I will miss.

And let's be honest. Did we really think this was going to work this well?

The clincher was the new writing team. No Inoue/Kobayashi/Yonemura, Sanjo/Hasegawa only, Final Destination

at first, i thought the idea was silly. i even almost dropped it because i hated how LunaJoker attacks, and im annoyed at Akiko. but, it grew on me, and the whole show as well. now, with more or less ten more episodes left, i still havent seen much flaws in the series. if i were to rate is, i would give it a 9.5/10. i never expected the show to do so well, but, hey! it did!

i'll surely miss Kamen Rider Double.

I thought the idea would be good initially, then after watching the first ep where it was revealed that only one body could be double, while the other dropped like a rock, I was uneasy. Of course I've grown used to it and actually enjoy it.

Some of the mood was killed in the Xtreme debut when ShoPhil are walking like badasses and then they transform. Meanwhile, in the back Philip looks like he got shot.

Well, that's not a problem anymore anyway.

The only thing I don't quite like about Double is the amount of yaoi fuel - can easily rival Kiva.

The writers definatley made it work. I don't think it would have been this fun if the regular routine writers for Kamen Rider were running things.
