Over taken by rage and isolation, a young man vows to himself that he will stand in the gap and proudly bandy the flag of his fandom. He will stand against the toy reviewers, the ramblers, ranters and the inconsistent content producers. This is his story.

The ride back to the laboratory was quiet. Matthew recounted his journey and saw the things he had ignored initially. He treated the changes and difficulties in terrain as if they were the stages he had gone through, conquering them as he adjusted to them. Now, however each victory added to the mass of ice in his gut; it burned cold and poked and jabbed with rough edges. The unforgiving guilt was going to tear him up if it kept growing, as it did with each revelation. His face twisted under memories of delight in attacking his fellow fans. How could he want to hurt them? How could he want to destroy them? – And all this over a glorified toy commercial children’s television show?

He entered the garage cringing at the corpse of Rider 1 he had vulgarly displayed on the wall as a sign of his supremacy. The ice twisted and expanded. He swallowed to quell self-disgust and parked the Gavel. Matthew stood aside the bike and breathed deeply for a few moments to calm his nerves and clarify his objective.

Hatred brought me here. How did I let it consume me so? From where did it come?

Out.

Your sick, sick heart. You lost sight of the fact that these people are people and fans just like you!

Power Rangers Ideas

POWER RANGERS RAIKOSAUR (Lightning Dinosaur)

Kyoryuger will be a kind of a copy, but like Time Force amped up to an nth degree like Dino Thunder, and better explained. The core story is the same, but I opt for new villains since they are lame period in the spirit of Zedd, Grumm and Mezagog. Every original villain imo has outpaced the Japanese version.

Cryptozoology has foretold legends of living dinosaurs to be all true, while Ancient Astronaut theorists opt for robots destroying the dinosaurs. In a way, they're both right. Back in an indeterminable era, the dinosaurs were put to extinction by the forces of Master Vile and his empire ,leaving behind a symbiote that infected Mercer and is now in control of a new fleet itself.

The Mokele Mbembe, the Burrunjor [Raptor] , Kasai Rex, Kongamato [Pteradactyl], Emela-ntouka [triceratops] , Mbielu-Mbielu-Mbielu [Stegosaurus] and the Parasaurolophus [Don't know of any crypto name] alongside other dinosaurs paired with the humans , Mesagog is their commander until he began to direct his hatred towards mankind.

Converted into the alternate dinozords alongside the initial MMPR versions by Ninjor and Zordon and x mentor, they are used by:

Victor Lee - Red is an Asian American explorer that tries to make sense of the dinosaur theories and comes across an alien robot Tyrannosaurus. He is Indiana Jones personified and also has a superiority complex.

Audrey Burne -Pink is a biracial Jamaican/Japanese American rich kid restricted by her illness to fighting evil , but chooses to risk her life anyways as she was promised a cure. Lives with her uncle. Her mother is Kenny's sister. Leader of the Power Rangers and daughter of Zack , cousin to Adam.

Kenny John- Blue is a 45 year old man and the widowed father of the group. Kind of geekish, he watches over Audrey. Tries to be hip and is similar to Mr. Lancer from Danny Phantom in build and experience. Is a detective. He is Latino. Think of him like Yellow Owl mixed with the Commander from Sun Vulcan. The first ranger and colleague of Zack.

Ju Gin Cranston- The half human, Aquitarian black ranger, he takes his legacy seriously, studying abroad in various spots to get a feel of his adoptive world. He, like the others, cannot take the Vick seriously and reluctant to follow his lead. White with slight Aquitarian features , a ninja and has a need for water.

Kima Reese- The Green Raptor ranger, her fight is fierce and with passion. The first green female ranger. Get that Kyoryuger producer!!!!

Gold: A boy from the Congo who risked his life to save the wounded Pterasoar Zord and gained the powers of the Gold Ranger under Birdinchu's tutelage. Does not accept Red as leader and fights him in the Gold with Greed story arc where Red is the aggressor.

Master Birdinchu- An extraterrestrial who fought the symbiote as the Raikosaur Gold Ranger in the olden days, he seeks companions who can take the reins as the new Raikosaur Power Rangers like his comrades that died. Seeks vengeance. His name is a play on his Fu Man Chu mustache I found silly.

POWER RANGERS STARBOARD

Going to new planets and galaxies to explore and find new civilizations, human-like aliens from a planet with a species similar to Andros and Miranoi.

Starboard deals with the rangers being aliens of a similar strain from Andros' homeworld and Miranoi and maybe a bit of Gokaiger riffs from Pink and Blue. Instead of being pirates, they are explorers and adventurers who sail the seas of outer space in order to find the artifacts of their civilization, led by the princess Pink. The world is taken hostage under the Space Pirates under the contract of the Zingayak Empire, who has ambitions for the galaxy and planet Earth.

Branded as pirates and rebels, they find an Earth ravaged by the Zingayak War, and as a tributary of the Zingayak, the Earthen forces want to deliver them on a plate as they did with the other rangers' powers. Once proven wrong and seen as harboring fugitives, Earth begins to side with the new Rangers, with rebels amounting from several different teams of the Power Rangers saga led by the Megaforce.

Troy by this point is a hardened veteran and is more like a Vietnam soldier than a Power Ranger. Has nightmares of deaths, the destruction of his school [well that would NEVER be allowed through the censors on screen, but this is a fanfic] and city. It has effected Ranger and citizen alike , something that really didn't feel like I saw in the first two episodes of Gokaiger. Consider also that Starboard is set a few years after the War, and its a setup of SPD or Time Force with some aliens around...

Also, the rangers don't go to Earth until like the fifth episode, so there's like Star Trek/Star Wars references in it and any Hidden Fortress/Seven Samurai riffs that could apply. Maybe a Lost In Space homage somewhere with Silver?

Well here's the lineup:

Captain Miel Ive Birck- The co-leader of Starboard alongside Miranoi native and rival Kinchil, he is a newcomer and a child from Terra Venture. He is part human-part Ko-35 alien and his father died from saving the colony as a Miranoi Defender [Ryuuranger], thus his house symbol is of the Dragon and the son of Karone.

Admiral Ah Kinchil - Blue Starboard ranger, he is a Miranoi native and a master of many sword techniques. Originally Red ,but is jealous when Miel takes the role due to his blood.

Princess Keira - soon to be queen of KO-35, the pink ranger is on the run from the Zingayak Empire which take her home. Now a voice of the rebels of her homeworld. Cousin of Miel.

Private Dex Rikon- Green Starboard I , he is a rebel from the Makuu Space and dies on Earth. His father is the Star Sheriff [Gavan.]

John Oliver- Green Starboard II. Estranged son of Tommy Oliver and Katherine [divorced] , he takes on the role of the Green Ranger ,though he doesn't know of his dad's role or much of him. In addition to the green runner zord, he has control of the unearthed Dragonzord.

Lynn Reacher. Explorer that was "abducted" by aliens, she was taken to her homeworld of Sirius which she evacuated with the other Starboard rangers , taking the call seriously. Niece of the comrade of Doggie Crueger, she is dog-like in many a way.

We see a old house in the country, as a cool breeze blows around fallen leaves all around it and up onto the front porch. Fade to inside as we see someone sitting in a big, comfy, leather chair. Fade in and fade back out to the gentleman smiling as two children a boy and a girl get his attention.

"Ojii-san, you said you would tell us a story..."

Mountains and villages, dirt and buildings are DESTROYED in a matter or seconds as the meteors SMASH onto EARTH. Including some objects... that are not even rock in origin.

Fade to a beaten face of a young man, laying upon a rocky surface. Fires and debris litter everywhere... He then looks up to see a grey suited being with black, rock-like limbs, chest and face blow up before him.

"Ah yes..."

Fade into a CLOSE UP of the man in the house, he is old, hair graying and wearing a pair of gold framed glasses. He smiles down at the children.

"This is the story of how my friends and I... saved the world."

FLASH to a group of FIVE Multicolored individuals standing together in heroic poses. From left to right we see one in Pink, Black, Red, Blue and Yellow with the two on the far ends with skirts. Their suits have key features that represent a TRAIN motif, including their helmets, each looking like a bullet train of sorts with a unique visor for each. In the center of the forehead of hte helmets have a mini-frontal view of a train with a different number in them.

Cut to flashes of them battling similar gray suited, rock-like foot soldiers, shooting golden bullet-train inspired guns and single handed swords with a curved tip saber blade.

Then we see a line up of five unique foes, mainly humanoid, but none of them are completely human. One stands with black leather and armor, bulky shoulder pads and a helmet with a bit of a space fighter pilot look to it with a dynamo mask-like, wide visor. He wields a unique looking, semi-organic broadsword, with a couple golden loops on each end of the hand guard.

Another is a brute, with extremely bronze skin and some brass armor pieces with loin cloth and brandishing a battle axe with a long pole.

Third we have a tall, shapely yet athletic woman in scantily clad leather, form fitting armor attire. Leaving not very much to the imagination and exposing plenty of thigh and cleavage, while sporting medium length green hair. She looks on unamused and spins a large, ring-blade weapon around her torso diagonally and cracks a whip against the ground with her other hand.

Next stands a short, pudgy fellow in a white lab coat, along with a pair of un-earthly overalls and goggles around his neck. Metallic hands are shown as he wiggles his fingers in front of him, waiting to get his hands on something possibly.

Finally the one in the center stands at attention with his chest out looking all high and mighty and proud, while looking up into the sky away from his enemies. His skin is silvery and he wears a long blue coat with a white color. Upon his head, covering his white blade-ish, styled long hair. His body suit consists of fancy look attire and some armor plating a a single over the front of his shirt. Around the waist of this being is a brown, leather belt, concealing a holster with a unique fire-arm.

The five colored heroes dash towards the CAMERA as explosions erupt all around them. The image freezes with a blinding light shinning rays from out of the center of the screen, creating the logo as the sound of a train's horn is heard.

Hearing the distress call, a princess goddess named Venus sends the KishiZord to find five young individuals to become the "Five Knights of the Earth", the KishiRangers.

She is very calm and warm-hearted, but she is a skilled fighter.

The Satanic Kingdom Demonia ([/FONT][FONT=Verdana, sans-serif]悪魔王国デモニア [/FONT][FONT=Verdana, sans-serif]Akuma Ōkoku Demonia[/FONT][FONT=Verdana, sans-serif]) are a group of antagonists who invaded the Earth for their desire to make the planet their empire, but was stopped by the original KishiRangers, the KishiJuu, and Venus 5,000 years ago. Now the Demonia has returned more powerful than before.

[/FONT][FONT=Verdana, sans-serif]Master Emperor Doboros[/FONT][FONT=Verdana, sans-serif] ([/FONT][FONT=Verdana, sans-serif]修士皇帝ドボロス [/FONT][FONT=Verdana, sans-serif]Shūshi Kōtei Doborosu[/FONT][FONT=Verdana, sans-serif])- A humanoid lion who has a desire of destroying the human race. He's the leader of the Demonia and has butted heads with Venus for a very long time, since he and his royal kingdom invaded the Earth.

This female is a very powerful sorceress and has the ability to perform dark spells when fighting the KishiRangers. Also, she tends to hypnotize men and make them her puppets. Corona has a strong rivalry with Iruka and Amane.

This young man is a human/werewolf hybrid and has a calm, yet cold personality, despite his bloodthirsty hunger. Zendon perfers fighting alone than working with anyone else which can irritate Doboros.

[/FONT][FONT=Verdana, sans-serif]Vampire Prince Lucifer [/FONT][FONT=Verdana, sans-serif]([/FONT][FONT=Verdana, sans-serif]吸血鬼王子ルシファー [/FONT][FONT=Verdana, sans-serif]Kyūketsuki Ōji Rushifā[/FONT][FONT=Verdana, sans-serif])- A young vampire tasked to destroy the KishiRangers, however this bloodsucker doesn't see the Knights as his enemy. He's very cheerful and kind-hearted, but is forced to obey Doboros' rules or else he will be severely punished. “Eh~?†said a student on her chair as the first day of midterm exams ended. Normally, during exams, students stay the full day. In the school of Jyuunisujou, a number of exams take place in one full day for six days straight. To prepare, many nights spent studying in advance fill the weeks before. For some students, they barely make it, especially if they only entered this illustrious school through passing the entrance exam. Jyuunisujou is known for its high class status that very few middle or lower-class students enter, so the education must reflect upon the status of its students. Back to the story, the student placed her pen over her nose. “So it’s that time again, right? Where we hold an open house for students around the area, right?â€

“Yeah, a lot of students aiming to apply here. From elementary to junior high or middle schoolers.†Another male leaned back on his chair with his legs crossed. “Some of these made names for themselves. Ever heard of the Minazuki family?â€

“Oh, I remember them! Minazuki Karen is a pretty famous name around here!â€

“They also say that the Myoudouin Itsuki of the Myoudouin Dojo is coming as well!â€

“That’s so cool! I heard that some of my teammates in the Karate club has sparred with them once or twice, and they’re skill is amazing!â€

A violet-haired girl flipped a page in her book. It was called “A Certain Altered Realityâ€, a rising light novel series. She looked up at a bespectacled female, who was listening to their conversation. “I can’t believe it’s that time again. I hear due to time constraints that the open-house was pushed into the week of our exams.†The girl, Seina, smiled at Yuki and looked at her book. “Maybe you’ll make some friends this year, right?â€

Yuki didn’t say anything as she turned another page.

“I heard Yunagi Middle School’s Hyuuga Saki is a demon on the softball field,†Mari grinned. “Same with Verone Middle School’s Misumi Nagisa in the lacross team. Heh, you have some contenders, Kurisu-TI~na.â€

The girl in question, a blonde-haired student who looked rough around the edges, looked down at her heart-shaped diamond ring. She was listening to the entire classroom, and Seina’s comment about “making friendsâ€. She thought about it, since this was her second year, and Tennouji Iruka, the student council president of Jyuunisujou Prep’s Junior High division, had assigned her and Fuuma Misora, the Freshman Prodigy of Jyuunisujou, in the same touring group. According to her friend, they will be touring students from Nanairogaoka Middle School. She closed her eyes and sighed. Then she smiled. “Friends, huh?†She turned to her three friends. “Come to think of it, the Friendship Festival is this weekend as well, right?â€

The three’s eyes lit up. “Oh snap, that’s right!†Mari exclaimed. “Man, I’ve been WAITING for that!â€

“What wonderful timing,†Seina added. “Maybe the students can stop by. Hikari-cho is famous for its Friendship Festival, anyway.â€

It was a weekend to look forward to. She didn’t say anything, but Suzumiya Kurisu was definitely excited. She then looked out the window; there was not a cloud in the sky.

We didn’t know it then, but on that weekend, the day of Jyuunisujou’s Open House and the day of the Friendship Festival, we would meet the most unexpected people. And we would face the most unexpected adversary. And…

I would have to make the most unexpected decisions of my life.

An explosion turns a large wooden warehouse door into smoldering splinters. Two figures dressed in black long coats, one with Golden and the other with Silver curved blade accents, walk on in. Their helmets have a similar design as they converse then we inter-cut to them beating up and killing two soldiers and one Officer quite easily.

They stand there with the corpses on the ground. Cut to a close up shot of the Golden warrior and he shoots a beam of red energy from his palm.

"Nothing... There is NOTHING!!"

Cut to a red haired seventeen year old boy, with spiky bangs in a gakuran, the full black school uniform. Only that it's open including the white shirt under it and the red tank under that. He sends and lands an upper-cut against the chin of some bald headed punk, knocking him on his ass.

"Round two?"

Next we cut to a taller eighteen year old male. He has black hair, short but the bangs are parted and pushed to the sides of his face. He too wears the gakuran uniform but with a blue tie. We see him standing between two girls, a blond and a brunette. Flash to them having a tug-of-war match with him in the middle of it all.

Cut to a Yellow tuque wearing sixteen year old boy, in a jean jacket, black cargo pants and a yellow jersey spray-painting on a building. Suddenly a cop appears at the end of the alley and shouts to him. He runs.

"Oh crap!"

Cut to another sixteen year old guy in a green hoodie and kaki pants, skateboarding down a crowded sidewalk, under and over tables, flipping chairs ever and doing brainless stunts.

Suddenly a waiter comes out from the cafe who's tables he just stunted on. "Brat!"

Flash to a very pretty and slender girl with quite an ample chest. She has light-brown hair with pink highlights, down to her shoulders and in the Sailor Fuku styled uniform, though a mix of black and light blue. A pink purse is around her forearm hanging from her elbow as she texts away on her white purple smartphone.

"Hold it right there!" exclaimed the voice of a teacher from behind her.

She rolls her eyes and just waves him off.

"Get back here!" shouts the teacher.

WIPE to them all walking together as a team in a rock quarry. FLASH to them in their Ranger forms as explosions occur around them. They continue unphased and quickly strike their fighting poses!

Cut to Red punching out two grunts then side-kicking a third!

Cut to Blue spin-kicking and tripping four grunts in rapid succession!

Cut to Yellow jumping up and wrapping his legs around the neck of a foot solider, twisting and dragging him down to the ground, head first!

Cut to Green grabbing a grunts legs and flipping him up and then pile driving him head first into the rocks, before kicking him away and then spinning and landing a people's elbow on another grunts stomach!

Cut to Pink forward flipping two foot soldiers at once then jump forward-kicking a third and finishing him off with a Scorpion kick. Quickly she pulls out a gun-weapon and blasts several more with golden rapid-fire energy bolts!

Cut to several quick Close Up shots of each Ranger doing a heroic victory pose for the camera. The we WIPE to the Team Posing together again.
