I Wanna Be A Mod.

Well, I was just thinking, I'm in the Power Chamber almost exclusively (and probably more than anyone else here), plus I'm smarter than everybody, and the law enforcement in this place needs some new blood anyway. Just a thought.

I kinda knew the moment someone started this kind of topic, people who just come in and ask to be mods, despite their experiences. Some members have the qualities, but most don't. I know I don't here, just yet. I think we should focus on Bolt more than others here who are asking to be mods. Bolt does make a point about his upper post anyways...

Way it works is, people who are solid posters, keep the peace, contribute and damn near seem to be doing the job in the first place without a title end up with the badges.

If you believe in upholding those things I hold dear around here, it's around the corner.

And some people like Bolt, Faded, Basri, and other forum personalities are just better for the board as actual posters. To provide an example of the kind of people we just are here without any official label.

Speaking of Which, I too love to become a mod. Though I need some sort of offline personality upgrade until the time comes I come to accept myself worthy of it.

Not to bring this old thing up, but last I checked ... Faded isn't just a "poster" ... not technically anyway. There's a couple of others like her as well I think, with secret-psuedo-deputy-mod status.

I mainly just wanted a badge so I could ban people and abuse my powers. I'm kind of surprised I'm not one already, seeing as how I've been here since like the board's third day, and I'm the only one who has even known what they were talking about since then.
