No, really.

All the support, advice, slaps to the face and pats on the back i have gotten since i have been here have, i think, saved my life. Before i was unhealthy, unemployed semi-depressed creature who was mentally uneven and had weapons that i had done harm to myself with, and i might have even taken my own life by now.

But, with the support of HJU, i sought help for my mental problems, put myself on a heather track and have met (in the fourm sense) some amazing people.
