How many of you have muscle twitches?

I'm very curious to see if you guys have muscle twitches like I have. Right now, it's very annoying when it comes to finger twitching! I'm trying my best to type, but my finger continues to twitch!

I'm heading off to doctor to get botox. It's being known for stopping twitches all together. I can't take it anymore. Twitches are annoying.

It's very hard for me to focus while I'm typing!

My legs twitch at night at tiems. My muscles also twitch after hard exercise. I don't have any muscle spasms during normal activity though (other than the weird nightly thing). Well...except for my eye at times. O_o

Just believe in Charlie and it'll go away...
Don't lie, dchoc. I believed in Sheen and now my nightly leg twitches have the added ferocity of bengal tigers.

Clearly the solution is more Adonis DNA.

My eye also twitches/spasms at times, though that's usually because I've been staring at a monitor for too long. I think the general solution for twitches is to go do something else for a bit.

Maybe you're both right. Disproportionate level of Adonis DNA to Tiger Blood = Violent muscle spasms? I will need to monitor both closely..

I remember my leg twitches used to be really bad when I was still running a lot. My fiancee would wake me up at times when it got particularly bad. Apparently, it's difficult to sleep with somebody whose legs are thrashing about.

Who knew? :P

On a serious note (which I rarely do in a SK-made thread), I think SK's finger twitching problem has more to do with a "pinched-nerve" in his elbow.

SK, have you ever felt any pain in your forearms and/or anywhere near your elbows? Usually those are signs of a nerve entrapment in your elbow/forearm areas, and it usually leads to "tingling" and "twitching" in your fingers due to the nerves in your elbow/forearms being pinched.

Instead of Botox as you might propose, ask your doctor to test you for having "tennis elbow" or any elbow condition that causes your fingers to twitch or tingle.

If you indeed have a pinched nerve, he might suggest you wear an elbow brace instead and some physical therapy exercises to open up the range of motion in your elbows in order to "free the pinched nerve."

No. I don't felt any pain in my forearms. Mostly my lower back and my neck. I don't think it has to do with a pinched nerve. But I still need Botox to stop my annoying twitches. I want to do it fast before it get worse than it is already.

If you think botox is all you need to fix this issue, then you are nuts.
