How can anyone dislike the Candroids?

I agree. I mean its a running gag. I mean in episode 3 OOO says he isnt thirsty when the mysterious guy tells him to use the machine.

But I will say the Candroids are better than the Discs animals.

I like the Candroids a lot and think they fit this series better than the clunky as hell and toy looking Memory Gadgets did to the sleuth setting of Double. They're rather clever and the transformations themselves are very nicely executed. Sure, they're there to hock toys, but I feel that they're sort of taking a jab at that with the series as a whole.

Actually when the tako can first appeared I screamed "tako tako" exactly like Eiji except the fact that I spoke the words in Vietnamese *lol*

I liked the Memory Gadgets too as they made just as much sense in the story as Candroids.

The only thing was, Frog Pod was....kinda not that useful.
