Yeah, and Styker was riot control. It was okay for them, but man, they didn't need to apply them to the other character. I'm also surprised they didn't use Cage or Kung Lao, not even a cameo.

I think the cartoon was still a good success.

I used to watch Defenders of the Realm but personally I prefer Conquest, I need to get me a copy of it.

MK was much better than SF in the USA Cartoon Network....but that still is not saying a lot...:laugh:

Mortal Kombat Defenders of the Realm was based from Mortal Kombat 3. So that's why there's no Johnny. And as for Kung Lao, I guess they couldn't find a good way to bring him in---but the series was a bit short and they brought in a lot of characters as it was.

I agree. MK DOTR was a pretty decent cartoon. And as much as I love Street Fighter, the American animated series was pure garbage.

Go watch Street Fighter II V.
