So, I just started watching this series today and thought it would be interesting to see if anyone wants to discuss the show and to give my two cents on it as I go through it.

Episode 1:The first episode is off to a pretty good (if a tad generic) start. I am amused by how instead of being turned into a regular cyborg, our hero Gou is even better: A Guyborg!
He also is given power by a mutant symbiote for two of my favorite superhero power sources in one.

The suit designs seem solid, but it also strikes me as unusual to see a Kaijin wearing pants and Guyferd's belt is a little gaudy.

Hopefully others will want to discuss the show, and I will continue to post my thoughts as I make my through my first Toku of 2014.

One of my first shows as a kid. Loved it dearly, and enjoyed every episode of it. I never saw the last episode cause my CD broke, but when I found it years later online, just about a year or 2 again, brought tears to my eyes.

Sadly I have only seen the first seven or so episodes but I remember really enjoying it, I thought that the story was good very reminiscent of early kamen rider and good actors Shoichiro Akaboshi and even though it was still early days for her Asuka Shimizu both of whom went on to do Gransazer. I would have loved to finish the series however the group that were doing it disbanded before finishing it and no one else has tried subbing it

Finished episodes 2-5. I'm liking the rather grounded atmosphere the show has, it forms an interesting contrast to the more over the top fight scenes and characters in say, Rider or Sentai.

Also the music is pretty great, it's just too bad that the CGI is really primitive. Episode 5 also introduces a set of power gloves and boots to Gou's two tag-along friends and it should be interesting to see how well the show use this element.

I saw the first couple of episodes several years ago. I liked the overall story but the action was poor and the general production quality wanting compared to other shows.
