Lots of good ones mentioned here.
I certainly think that the Snes Kamen Rider Beat em'up is VERY HJU, and the assorted power rangers games there have been. Also for Sega, Cosma Police Galivan II Arrow of Justice, it's a beat'em up that has a very metal hero/space sheriff look, and also a "half kaijin" type chick and a polymorphic robot as the playable characters.

No More Heroes embodies this place so much that I want to make it the official game of HJU.
