Life was difficult yet Sayuri (five years old at the time) did what she could helping out by running small errands after school for their neighbors. The money went straight into what they dubbed ‘Rainy Day’ jar never keeping a yen for herself. Around Christmas Eve when they seem to be at their most happiest time ignoring the obvious, Sayuri’s mother had an announcement. Sayuri would soon be a big sister to either a baby boy or girl. When asked what she would like to name the unborn child Sayuri chose Hina. Why asked a girl name only merely reply could tell it would be a girl. The news did not settle with her father for after Christmas Sayuri’s father spiral down further at the idea of yet another mouth to feed.
The abuse became more difficult to hide as Sayuri appeared in class with bruises unable to hide from the school faculty. Child services entered their home with orders to take away Sayuri as it was deem neither were fit to properly take care and nurture her. Not wanting them to do the same with the unborn child Sayuri enclosed that her mother’s large stomach was due being obsessed. Sayuri spent great deal of her childhood moving from one foster care home to the next until reaching sixteen. The Child Services allowed that if they wanted to keep in touch with their daughter at least granted that much. Only visitation were not permitted. From their letters she learned that the gender of the baby was indeed a girl and named Hina like Sayuri wanted. Soon the letters grew more scares and scares until finally they stopped all together. Sayuri did not know of her parents death until watching TV as the actress known as Hina Tanaka said emotionally how she wish that her parents would be with her today.
The news of their parents death devastated Sayuri greatly felt enraged towards Hina. Not wanting to be socialize with Hina or anything for that matter. Sayuri had went to great length not only changing her appearance and name, but her birth record as well. The life she held was not a glamorous one like Hina dropping out of school and worked as a waitress at a rundown tavern as Izumi Nakamura. After several years proving that she could help the manager of the tavern promoted to bartender. What she did not realize that this tavern had a rather hidden agenda. Unlike other games Izumi found out they treated its members not only more like a family stole only from the government that have corrupted Futo. Often at times act as mercenaries those seeking their expertise pulling off any type of job. The manager secretly place Izumi as a field commander to see how well she could lead a group. The test of her leadership met his approval, but when face to her judgment dealing with one who failed to complete his task was met with even greater results. The one assigned to purposely botch the job without realizing his chance of survival. That assigned mole was shot to death within the police station shortly after his capture. The gift given to her by a benefactor was the GaiaMemory known Tempest. To him her personality much like a wild tempest unmatched, as well the invitation to serve them as one of an elite set known as Commanders and meeting with the benefactor Countess.

However, it was not always quite this way till Dr. Ryube approached her with a life changing opportunity that Hina credits him today for still. As a young child Hina had come from a rather trouble family in the rural sector of Futo. The Tanaka’s never stayed in one place long enough to call home as Hina’s father could not maintain a job for more than the trial bases. Having to relocate Hina did not make any friends at the school or neighborhood minded as much. What did trouble her greatly was the way her father reacted after being laid off from a job as he was an abusive alcoholic. Only her mother intervention spared Hina from those times.
Having to take on more responsibilities vowed that they would break free from him after finishing school and finding work to support them. A promise Hina was unable to keep after a tragic accident taking her parents lives and unborn brother. Hina’s mother concealed for several months that she was with child fearing how he would react. During her last check up the doctor informed the baby’s chances were not good and they would lose the child. Unfortunately word had spread like wildfire before Hina’s mother could even deliver the news sent him into an outrage. A breaking point that blinded him from hitting straight into a turning truck.
With no other extended family sought employment at the Kiba Gentlemen working as a waitress. It wasn’t the dream she had envisioned exactly to support herself, but it was a job nevertheless until something much bigger came alone. That chance fell form at the university casting for Les Miserable sponsored no other by Dr. Ryube himself. It was once in a life time opportunity and yet felt nervous as those also applying for a role were more experience. An experience that Dr. Ryube would not allow her to pass by without even taking a try. It did struck her rather odd that such an important man take a portion of his time to help someone he barely knew. For the first time in years Hina smiled genuinely feeling a father-figure guiding and encouraging her. Upon her twentieth birthday gave her an unusual present. A Lost Driver and Cyclone memory with instructions to use it only when absolutely necessary.
Personality wise Hina appears rather withdrawn from other aside from Dr. Ryube whom consider to be like a father to her holding high level of respect towards. This is most likely derived from having never stayed in once place long enough to build a bond of friendship. Rather one to dive recklessly head first into a situation gathers the information needed to strike accurately.

Bio: Anya is a sort of contradiction when you look at her background. Even though she's a cop now, she was a juvenile delinquent that had numerous run ins with the law. When she was younger, Anya spent a lot of time away from home in her teenage years by hanging around with a group of delinquent kids like herself. They would tag areas with graffiti, mess with cars, steal from convenience stores...everything was petty, but they had a blast, nonetheless.
However, these fun times for her ended when a lot of the others got bold and actually wanted to start robbing from others, using the new Gaia Memory they had. Even though she wanted to fit in with this crowd, Anya did have her limits and wanted to not be involved with this...though she and her friends were caught up by the police at this point. They were busted, and to compound things, one of Anya's friends attacked a police officer with the Gaia Memory that they somehow got a hold of. Though the officer escaped injury, Anya thought that her sentence would be extended since she was associated with them to begin with, not to mention that their leader, the person with the Gaia Memory, had abandoned them.
Anya did serve her community service sentence of 1 year, fuming that her leader (and who she considered as a friend), just ditched them like that. She then got it in her head that she could get revenge by actually becoming a police officer, thinking it would be nice irony. The only problem was that after her training...well, Anya wanted to be a cop for the sake of justice now, instead of revenge. Of course, she will be kind of rough with her "friend" once she gets a hold of him...and now that she's been selected for the GMCU (thanks to her high scores during tests and case record), she's that much closer to getting to him...
As for her personality, Anya seems kind of ditzy and air-headed on the surface, but this hides how effective of a police officer she is, as she uses the whole stereotype of the "dumb blonde" to throw suspects and hostiles off. Though she is a decent sharpshooter, she is more of a competent close range specialist, specifically hand to hand combat.

Bio: There have been whispers amongst the citizens of Futo. Word is getting around about a phantom in the night. Stealing possessions and hearts at the midnight hour. He is Dashing and Enchanting. He is the Magician Thief Carnival. An Entertainer and gentleman by nature, Carnival has never harmed anyone in his heists and bares no resentment against those who'd stand in his way. Their earnest attempt to stop him are appreciated as a necessary part of the the show. For that and his habit of eventually returning what he steals, They begrudging respect him.
"Someday" Gen thought to himself. Till that day came he made ends meet and a street performer. Card tricks and juggling were his specialties. He was somewhat content with his carefree life in the city. But that sort of existence wasn't what He'd come there for. Carnival had many Capers before Gen blew into Futo. But few ever saw the printed page. Law enforcement's inability to catch him on top of his policy of returning what he stole lead them to cover his tracks rather than seek him out. Ludicrous stories were crafted to explain the unusual recovery of items that had gone"missing" throughout whatever city Gen inhabited.
Gen realized that carnival would need foils equal to himself on the right and
wrong side of the law in order to realize his Dream. And futo was just the place. On one side. The dopants who were increasing in number by the day. And on the other, A special division of law enforcement devoted to their capture. However, Fitting Carnival into that equation required him to become a dopant himself. Acquiring the his own modified gaia memory wasn't hard. But the "Wolves" he had the misfortune of falling in with were intolerable at best. Their violent ways disgusted him, But he needed to stay on their good side long enough to be able to freely move throughout their territories. He was tasked with distracting the police during they're escapades in the city. Gen used his assignment to test the mirage memory given to him. He moved in and out of various locations undetected. Intentionally tripping an alarm before he left. At the scene of each location he left a note. A warning of what was to come.
