G.M.C.U: The Gaia Memory Crimes Unit(RPG Thread)

Karen, who was at her own office at the time of the broadcast, watched intently as Aisha went about with her rampage. With each minute of footage she saw, Karen started to grit her teeth with anger. Tch....who does this woman think she is?! Playing "God" with people's lives... she thought angrily, her hand starting to bend the pencil she was using to fill out a report when a female police officer interrupted her so that she could watch the news.

The last straw for Karen came, when she witnessed a buxom woman suffer abuse at Aisha's hands before being killed, causing her to snap the pencil in two. That's it...I've had enough... she decided, proceeding to turn off the television as she got up. Storming out of her office, she quickly headed over to Aya's office.

"A place where you get up to go to another room when the bell rings and a place where you can hear children cry all day"....That's either a school...or an orphanage. But...It could be a hospital too...hmm....

While continuing to figure out the clues Aisha presented, Karen burst in to Aya's office, spotting her feverishly working on the computer.

"What do you have so far, Officer Crossfield? Possible places according to the clues could be a school, a hospital, or an orphanage run by a church," Karen said in a tone that hinted restrained anger. Though she was infuriated by the actions of "Rag Doll", she tried to keep cool in an attempt to figure out the location based on the clues. However, as she thought of it some more, another thought entered her head, prompting her to speak up once more.

"What if...the clues are more or less red herring? There's a possibility that this 'Rag Doll' is trying to mislead us. We might just end up going on a wild goose chase all over town and still not find her or the wild Rider."

Aya saw Karen enter and she gave her own take on things, including the fact that the clues are a red herring. "No...I don't think so...I'm not exactly sure, but her motives are a lot like this murderer that was put in a mental institution on an insanity plea years ago...but...Hmm, that would make her in her 50's if it's still her...wait...!" It then hit Aya on who it could have been, finally. "I think I got it...don't you notice her look? She's a freaking patchwork...even if she is in her 50's, if she constantly put herself under the knife, it's possible..."

Aya then narrowed it down to one suspect, a murderer that used to go by the name "The Surgeon" and made sure to keep track of her real name. "With that, and given her MO, the hospital has to be the target...and another thing...she's a lunatic, but it's clear that she only wants us GMCU officers...Karen, call up the police and tell all of them to get off the roads and stay off the streets...let me see if my hunch is right..." It was a risky shot, and they could have potentially lost more lives this way, but she had to go on her gut instinct for this part. "And also, those other girls dressed like her...they'll be easy to spot...she has real scars, the other one I saw in the video obviously had tattoos..." Aya used to be called a dumb blonde, but she was lot more insightful then she let on at times...

Observing the picture of the perpertrator as she listened to Aya, the realization hit her as well: that Rag Doll's face was unnaturally young, and that signs of scarring was evident on the various parts of her face that were stitched, whereas the others that were dressed like her were obviously minions, as the "stitched" parts still appear to be smooth.

She's right...that witch must be a crafty surgeon to be able to remain that unnaturally young... she thought, promptly following Aya's advice to call the police and tell them to pull back -- a tough sell, since the police were set on protecting the city however they can. Before she dialed the number, however, she spoke up once more. "We should split up when we get out to search. My instincts tell me that based on the clues she gave us, she will expect for us to storm the hospital together. And since we already saw what she looks like on television, chances are she will be running through the city in disguise. I just need to figure out what kind of disguise she will be wearing," she said, proceeding to dial the police. That is, until a sudden realization caused her to drop her phone to the floor.

Wait a minute. Officer Crossfield is asking me to tell the police to pull out, right? What if...?!

"It seems you get it...she loves to play mind games too, as you saw...she likes to confuse and confound people...being a police officer amongst so many other police officers just feels like something she would do...so...please finish the call, Karen...we'll know if my plan is a hit or miss after they all pull back..." She was hoping to isolate Aisha if she was all by herself dressed as a cop if this was true so she could more easily get to her. If she was wrong...well...she would have to think of something else.

That's right...Mind games, huh? Well...we almost have you now, Rag Doll. I can practically smell you... Karen told herself inwardly, proceeding to pick up the phone, as well as the battery that popped out when she dropped it. Knowing that precious seconds are ticking away, Karen quickly popped the battery back in and slid the cover to close the back, pressing the power button right away in order to turn on her cell phone. "Once again...I know you don't think so, but I think the clues may just be a red herring. It is possible that she won't be at the hospital; rather, she might be on the move," she told Aya, proceeding to dial the number of the department. Placing it against her ear, it only took three rings before the receptionist on the other line answered.

"Police department, how may I help you?"

"Get me the chief, right now."

"Ma'am, I'm afraid I cannot --"

"BEGORRAM!!! JUST TRANSFER ME TO THE CHIEF!!! I GOT NO TIME FOR THIS!!!"

At once, Karen heard the familiar click of the call being put on hold, her breath coming out as audible wisps as she waited for the Chief to pick up. After a while, she finally heard the chief pick up the call.

"This is Chief Yamamoto. How may I help you?" The chief spoke up as calmly as possible, though his voice hints at annoyance, expecting to reprimand a prank caller.

"Chief, this is Karen Kiriyama with G.M.C.U. I ask that your men pull out, as they are not the targets. I repeat, your men are not the targets," Karen requested, hoping that the chief would be more reasonable.

"Kiriyama, I am glad that you called, but I simply cannot allow that. You're asking me to put the city in danger by doing that."

"And I'm asking you to trust me, as we are the perp's targets. The longer you have officers out there, the more people will die. Now please ask your men to pull out."

A reluctant silence followed Karen's plea, as the chief began to think about what to do. Begorram....if you have any sympathy for those that have died already, you will pull those officers out... Karen thought, seemingly holding her breath as she awaited the chief's answer. After what seemed to be an eternity, she finally heard the chief speak up once more.

"All right, Kiriyama. I'm sending an order for all units to pull out," the chief agreed, albeit reluctantly, as a sigh preceded it.

"Thank you very much, Chief Yamamoto. We will apprehend the perp immediately," she replied before hanging up. Putting her phone in her pocket, she immediately focused on Aya.

"There. Chief Yamamoto will pull all units out. Now let's get out there, and nab that 'Rag Doll'," she said, placing her hands in her pockets.

Fang rampaged throughout the entire city, waiting for the G.M.C.U. Riders to show up. He was waiting, impatiently. He was completely aware of the things around him. Every single, little detail. If a bird had flown by, within seconds, it would have been turned into a million pieces of scrap. However, the one thing that Fang did not notice, was that someone was watching him very closely...

Heartbeat...

Kiba stood on top of the tallest tower in the city, silently watching the little, white devil that The Surgeon created. "Magnificent..." he said. Observing the destruction that the whit clad Rider had bestowed upon the city, Kiba smiled. He never smiled. Unless it was a big evil smile...

"This is the kind of moment I wait for. Once they defeat Fang, I'll be waiting to defeat them next... Just wait, G.M.C.U. Riders... Just wait... Your blood will taste good on my lips..." Kiba said, bringing out his golden memory. that had been stained with blood and pressing it. "ALPHA!" The memory exclaimed...

Akiba stopped his hard boiler, his heart sank as he saw all the destruction Fang's rampage had caused, and the chaos that followed. Several members of the local police force worked crowd control, trying to get the civilians and bystanders to safety, and out of the way of the GMCU. "Tch!" Akiba says as he speeds off again. Finally, Akiba found where the white Rider was and stopped his bike "Oi, oi! Beast Man, think I'll let you just rampage in my city?! Think again!" Akiba says cracking his knuckles "Lets dance.." He says charging towards the white Rider.

From high atop a rooftop, The Countess watched the ensuring chaos. She lets out a scoff "That woman...she knows how to put on a show" She says with a chuckle "GMCU..how will you respond to her threats?" She says letting out another laugh. Her laughter dissappeared as she now had a more serious look on her face That woman...she'd better not go too far...otherwise there'll be consequences...

Er. What just happened? Trey shook the confused look on his face. He walked up to Tarou.

"Excuse me, sir, this may be bad timing, but I was told I start today. I'm Trey Hayai." he fished in his pocket for his Accel memory, and pulled it out to show Tarou. "I was given this by Sonozaki Ryubee."

The doors of the elevator opened. Marcus walked through, entering a large office, looking out toward the Futo tower.

Marcus looked out the windows, seeing the chaos the Surgeon had created. He was not a sociopath, he was just driven toward a goal. And servitude to the Countress, who had given him a chance at retribution.

"Beautiful view isn't? " Saeko came out from behind.

Marcus turned around, Saeko eyes widened, and let out a gasp.

"I....I...killed you!!! " she took a moment to gain her composure. "So who brought you back? "

"Thats none of your business " Marcus replied cooly.

"Doesn't matter now. I don't make the mistake twice." She revealed her driver, fitting around her waist with a click.

"TABOO!" Her memory anounced as she pressed the activation button.

"Neither do I." Marcus revealed his Gaia Memory. "RAGE" as he pressed the button.

"Rage? We've never made a memory like that before" a shocked Saeko exclaimed.

Flames surrounded Marcus. It was time for his vengeance. Once and for all.

==========

Satoru raced to the location of Fang. Knewing that the Countress would be somewhere around them.

He skidded to a stop. There she was, standing above the anarchy, watching Fang and another fighter fight it out.

Satoru was already going toward her location.

E Closes In / Chaos In The Making

As Aisha's broadcast spreads throughout town, an image of her could be seen on a TV monitor as her voice rang out with a sadistic tone. Her laughter filled the speakers of the television screen, which appears to be mounted on the padded ceiling within the interior of a spacious limo. A sigh escape the lips of the patron of the vehicle as he remains sitting on the leather seat of the limo, a wine filled glass in hand. Suddenly, Aisha's laughter ceased as the huge mute symbol appears on the screen. "My, my. She's certainly gone and done it this time," exclaimed the male as he stares at the television screen with a blank expression.

From an exterior view, the limo could be seen parked near a tall building where a mysterious woman appears to be monitoring the site of the carnage from its rooftop. 'To think we're this close to the action," noted the male as he winds down the window only to stare up towards where The Countess could be seen from the ground view of his limo. "Ah...My Mistress appears troubled by her mischief," remarked the male as the front window screen winds down revealing the driver of the limo. "Master Jerome. Is it wise to just linger here? The ensuing chaos might spread towards our current location," noted the driver with a polite tone. "Oh Sebastian. Have you forgotten? It's chaos that creates the most beautiful melody and I must be here to savor it's glorious tune. Besides, our dear Countess desires that she be brought here," noted Jerome with a slight smile on his face as he takes a sip of his wine.

Suddenly, from a distance, the roaring sound of a motorcycle could be heard. "It seems that we have an unwanted guest in our midst," remarked Jerome with a calm tone. "What do you suggest we do, Master Jerome?" inquired Sebastian with a curious tone. "Is our men here yet?" replied Jerome with a question of his own. However, before Sebastian could answer, a truck pulled up next to the limo. "Never mind," responded Jerome with a smirk. From the back of the truck, out jumped two men, one draped with a jacket and torn jeans and the other with a tight fitting singlet and camouflage pants with a cap completing his look. both men then proceeded towards the window of the limo. "It appears we have an uninvited guest coming our way. I would appreciate it if you show him a proper greeting. However, don't forget to report everything to me through your radio transmitters," commanded Jerome as the two bowed in response to his command.

As Satoru searches the premises for The Countess, two men appear before him. The one donning the cap begins to crack his knuckles while the other just stood there casually staring at Satoru. "What are you doing here? If you're here to talk then we'll do this the peaceful way, however if you're here to cause trouble to our dear Mistress, then I suggest you turn around unless you want to do this the hard way," exclaimed the man with the jacket as he pulls out a gray colored Gaia Memory, the initial "S" clearly printed on the label. "Please choose option number two," remarked the capped man mockingly as he also pulls out a Gaia Memory, only it's yellow in color and has the initial "T" engraved on its label. The capped man pushed the button on the device. "Tank!" rang out from the Gaia memory with a manly voice as the man inserts it into his forehead. Suddenly, a burst of energy engulfed the man and a heavy armored machine like monster stood in his place. "Shall we tangle?" exclaimed the man now with a robotic voice. "Can't you just chill for even a second?" remarked the other man with a sigh as he steps behind the monster until he is no longer within Satoru's line of sight.
