I wish Marvel made a new Spider-Man series after they finished the Ultimate series.

Maybe Spider-Man can feature a Batman Beyond-like series. Only this time, there would be twins: New Spider-man and Onigumo (Demon Spider), kinda like Solid and Liquid Snake. The new spider-man born from as a clone from a test tube while the other is the real son of Peter and Mary Jane Parker.

Spider-Man Neo and Onigumo possess 100 Spiders, each in their DNA, including Tarantulas.

Ex. Villains:
Mysterio: Possessing real magic and wears a mask besides a glass bowl.
Shark: Has a head kinda like Hammerhead's and Steel Jaw teeth like Jaws from James Bond

Story:
Peter retires from being Spider-man after his wife, Mary-Jane was killed by a serial killer (Carnage). He kills the serial killer, but comes back as Carnage later in the series. In the year 2025, Tommy Fernandez (Spider-Man Neo) runs away from the home of his foster parents, because he's always a rebel and no one ever gave him answers about his past. Until he meets Peter and works alongside him as the new Spider-Man. "Did I forget to mention Peter could set up a science company based on his parents who died in the plane crash."

Over the year, the clone was obsessed of trying to save his greatest hero from being called a vigilante all the time from jerks like Jameson and Senator Kelly, including being treated like a criminal by strict fathers, because of his record. So much, he became furious by the old Spidey's reputation, he intends to use the power of the symbiote to get what he wants and kill those who stands in his heroes' way. He became popular so much in life and even threw off Peter's case. But unfortunately, he goes to far when he hurt's his girlfriend's father and felt confused the symbiote absorbed of his negativity. With help from the X-Men, the Hulk and the girlfriend's kind mother, Tommy decides to get rid of the symbiote with the spirit of Mary Jane's help. It is soon discovered he is one of the lost sons of Peter and Mary-Jane Parker.

There'll be old villains and new in the series. A new Venom and Carnage. Including the 2099 Spider-Man. Also new allies: A new Beetle who is a mechanic and a female hero who possesses the power of a Butterfly... she'd be like Max but has the skills of a new reporter. The children of the Avengers and X-Men.

Note: The killer is based on Kira from Death Note.

That's right. Only this time, this Spider-Man doesn't share the old Spidey's view. Anyone who thinks of him as a threat and a troublemaker/anyone that pisses him off goes for a beating. Especially with anyone who considers him a mutant goes for an even more beating.

This starts before the time of the year 2099. He is trying to make every citizen of New York and everyone around the world like him.

But for those who criticize him, he'll use force if necessary.

Tommy Fernandez/Spider-Man Neo: Tommy is a rebel who has been searching for answers about his past life. When he ran away from home after a big fight, Tommy doesn't seem to ever want to come home. The only people who care about him are his sister, Sally Fernandez, his best friends: Dennis and Leslie and Kara Chan, his girlfriend. After a run-in with some jocks at school, Tommy forms an unlikely relationship with Peter Parker, leader of Parker Enterprises. Tommy possesses many abilities from 100 spiders from around the world. Tommy honors Spider-Man as his greatest hero of all and half a role model due to criticism.

Peter Parker: Once the original Spider-Man, his wife, Mary-Jane Parker died at the hands of serial killer named Kira. He lost both her and his long lost son. Feeling heartbroken, he killed Kira and retired from being Spider-Man. In the year 2025, Peter forms his own company: Parker Enterprises, based on his family's name. When he encounters Tommy, they form and unlikely relationship.

Leslie/Butterfly Girl: Leslie is one of Tommy's best childhood friends. She dreams of becoming a news reporter. When she and Dennis learn of Tommy being Spider-Man, she joins him to become Butterfly Girl after being touched by a radioactive butterfly.

Dennis/Beetle: Dennis is one of Tommy's best childhood friends. He dreams of becoming a mechanic. When he and Leslie learn of Tommy being Spider-Man, he joins him to become the good Beetle. Dennis possesses Beetle armor based on real beetles. Ex. Japanese rhinoceros beetle

Mordred Drake/Draco: Peter Parker's partner who is hired to be a part of Parker Enterprises. He was also a friend of Peter's parents a long time ago. But in secret, he intends to take control of it and use it for terrorist weapons for war. That is until a new Spider-Man came in and interfered to take vengeance on him for the murder of his foster parents that worked for him. The virus he created started to alter his DNA and transformed into a humanoid like dragon. When this transformation occurs, he gets angry about failure including about Spider-Man's interference.
