The Undead, I really liked the hierarchy established with the lower-level and upper-level Undead. And if you count them as the same thing, the Trials are awesomesauce. And Eagle Undead wears Shocker bling, can't ask for much more than that.

Grongi & the Unknown/Lords/Those Guys come really close.
