What's really sad is that these kind of ideas might actually be successful in the US market. I was shy about it at first, but I learned to love sushi. My mother and many other members of my family cannot stand the stuff, so they would probably flock to something like this sooner than the real thing.

I USE to wonder if there was a way to make asian dishes appealing to western consumers, but this pretty much killed that thought...
