Dr. Who - Talk Up!

[Tom Constantine]

And there was me thinking we wouldn't see anymore Daleks for a few seasons. Good old Russel T. there.

Doctor Who's canon is notriously vauge.

We know from the new series that the Cult of Skaro, and the Dalek race, are all down now to one, and Cann will probably be forced to locate Davros as he shifts through time and space locating him so they can help one another, then Cann will likely betray him once he restores the race to majesty

Super.

I want to see more classic aliens in the new series.

Silurians!!! Ice Warriors!!! Sea Devils!!! The Rani!!! The Chronovores!!! Meglos!!! Kroll!!! etc. etc.

[Lopt]

I'm pretty sure The Rani is going to be in series "4".

Some sporatic news

Martha will be involved in a relationship with Owen in "Torchwood", and will return for the last five episodes of season four

David Tennant is scheduled to perform in a tour of Hamlet in 2008, which will prohibit him from filming a fifth season if commisioned. This seems more than enough verification that he is leaving the series, possibly half-way through to allow his successor a lengthy storyline that unites Martha and Donna helping the new Doctor cope with his latest incarnation.

Man, I liked Tennant as the Doctor.

This Christmas, the Theatre Royal in Newcastle will pit Aladdin against the Daleks in their seasonal pantomime. The theatre's website says, "...making their first ever appearance in pantomime, The Daleks, from TV's Dr Who, threaten to exterminate Aladdin's plans to marry Princess Jasmine and live happily ever after..." Aladdin is scheduled to run from December 3, 2007 to January 19, 2008.

...That...is...awesome.

Guess what folks? Looks like we WILL be getting a "past Doctors" crossover, courtesy of the November Children In Need special

Doctor Who legend Peter Davison is to step back into the Tardis – and come face to face with the current Doctor.

Peter, 56, who played the Timelord in the 1980s, will pull on his famous trenchcoat once again for a Children In Need special.

Bosses are tight-lipped about the storyline, written by Who scribe Stephen Moffat.

But an insider revealed: “The Doctor is forever travelling though time so there’s no reason why he couldn't catch up with a former incarnation.

“Peter was top of the writer’s list to make a comeback."

This year’s Children In Need charity telethon takes place on BBC1 on Friday, November 16.

I just saw 'Family of Blood' yesterday...HOLY SMOKES! There's nothing scarier than the Doctor's righteous furor oO

You do NOT want to cross the Doctor.
