Dunno about Japan, but I do know how people here in the Western Hemisphere would react to a "rainbow" coloured warrior.

I wouldn't too much consider Big One to be a Rainbow Ranger, as he doesn't have ALL the colours of the Rainbow on his visor, he only has Green, Blue Red and Yellow.

Calling Big One a "rainbow ranger" is wrong because, as Rising stated, he only has the four colors which simply does not a rainbow make. Seriously, it just isn't accurate (and is probably down right ignorant - unless you actually know better, then it's pure idiocy ).

It's not awesome when you have fan boys gushing and talking about their man crush on how cool he was when he really was just another "okay" ranger. Miyauchi is really the most overrated actor in toku, not to say he's bad, but he's nowhere near as good as he's made out to be.
