Does Angolz always take this long?

Hey guys, I ordered a few figures from Angolz on December 18 and my order still says "Processing." I've never bought anything from them before, does it usually take this long or do I have a problem?

I was thinking that too, it's just been so long that I wanted to find out if this was typical.

If the place is located in japan sadly you will have to wait till january fifth for it to be processed.

no it's just because of the holidays they have a bunch of people off work for vacation, so they just paused until the fifth when everyone comes back to work.
