Creating a Toku character using <insert tabletop role-playing game system here>...

I knew I was forgetting something *sigh*. All posts are edited now since you can't buy Devices inside of Devices. I changed most of those weapons to Containers with a special Flaw of "Disarmable", which increased the costs a bit for all of the characters.

Finally 'finished' Double, and it's looooong. Double was least twice as long (no puns) as the other riders done so far, and that's WITHOUT the memory gadgets, Philip's own stats, and CycloneJoker Xtreme. BUT, I'm very satisfied with the results so far, and it looks like one of the most fun rider to play out of the ones I've made here... that is if anyone would actually play a Toku game on tabletop. *sigh*

It's a rarity, and I mean VERY rare. XD

Anyways, I took G3-X and G4. I might find a use for this in the near future. XD

You could also post Double if you want. XD

Sentais gets trickier, since they have a lot of team and theme-based abilities where the game system is mostly focused on the individual. For example, their combined weapons system will likely require a Flaw of all members being present. The trickiest thing to get done in M&M will probably be the mechas, which I don't think I'd want to get into the details of as it can be very subjective to how it can be done.

Then what game system would you recommend if I wish to run a Super Sentai tabletop? Some system that can encompass everything about Super Sentai, including the mechas.

I've really no clue. I guess you could try looking at BESM, but I've never played myself so I can't say how well that will work.

If you're not too picky about it you could use M&M, but separate a sentai game into the normal part and the super robot part. Aside from the transition which you can deal with in a non-rules manner, both would work great individually.

Hmm I'm running BESM d20 and it seems to be working pretty well with the tweaks i have made to the system. all henshin devices fall under the item of power attribute i'd say rank 2 which grants 40 points to create an item such as a rider belt i just add the provision that the points can also go toward building the armor set up and such.

and i've came up with some general purpose stat details for the rider armors from Kuuga and their mostly subtle stat boosts that add modifiers to the base stats of the character wearing them as for the powers thats filed under special attack and rider kicks take advantage of the bloodied state rule

For Meca the BESM both Tristat and D20 versions have in built tool kits for making mecha if you'd be interested i have a group running under BESM d20 ant it could always use more members
